This is a private apartment in a residential building.
This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is positioned on the 22nd floor of this brand new building on the corner of City Road and Clarendon Street, Southbank. There are bay views from the living areas and the trams run right by the building every couple of minutes, giving quick and easy access to all Melbourne attractions. The location is superb being just behind Crown Casino, the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres and the popular Southbank restaurant, shopping and entertainment precinct. The South Wharf DFOs (Direct Factory Outlet shopping) are close by and its a quick tram ride or very short walk across the Yarra River bridge in to the Melbourne City Centre at Flinders Street, Spencer Street, the Melbourne Aquarium, etc. In the other direction, the local Clarendon Street, South Melbourne shopping strip is only 300 metres away, which is very convenient for cafes and supermarkets.
The apartment itself is air-conditioned and has a walk through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom off the 1st bedroom, a queen-sized 2nd bedroom, 2nd central bathroom with laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a small balcony off the living room. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining room and is well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The apartment is stylishly furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs, coffee table, television/entertainment unit and a lounge suite which includes a sofa that converts to a sofa bed. The living room also contains a 101cm widescreen/flatscreen Full HD LCD television and dvd lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have windows, fresh air, lots of natural light and sensational views.
Internet - there is free WiFi to the apartment for browsing only (no downloads).
Special features of the apartment and complex include; a large indoor heated jacuzzi, gymnasium, reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access to the apartment, and remote control and lift access to one free under-building car parking space (the carpark entrance is off Hancock Street at the side of the building - maximum height clearance 2.3 metres).

The apartment is not serviced daily, however, we do provide plenty of towels and there are laundry facilities in the apartment. Bookings of 14-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.
