For arrivals during normal business hours, keys may be collected from the reception desk at 528 Swanston Street, Carlton (corner of Swanston St and Queensberry St).
Please note: Access to Plum Collins Street Serviced apartments via No. 1 LIFT in foyer (furthest lift from main entry)for apartments located on 13-15th floors. Please alight on level 14 and walk up to level 15 or down to level 13. There is no lift access to 13th and 15th floors. Use first two lifts for apartments located on other floors. For the comfort and safety of all, Plum Collins Street Serviced apartments is a non-smoking building. (Penalty fees apply to those not observing this policy). Dial-up internet access only. Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved the location right next to the tram stop, a short walk to the food shops and city circle free tram. The fashion shops were also a short walk away which meant shopping was accessible all hours they were open.
