Terrific Water Views Overlooking the Docklands. The apartment is located near the corner of Spencer St & Latrobe St. Walk 5 minutes over the bridge to Etihad Indoor Sports Stadium & The Docklands. Over the road is Southern Cross train station & DFO shopping centre with Coles Supermarket & Liquor. Around 5-10 minutes walk to City Centre Shopping, The Convention & Exhibition Centre, & Crown Casino. Not far away is Southbank. The "Free City Circle Tram" takes you any where you wish to go around the City, Docklands, MCG Sports precinct, Casino.

If you are looking for a central location with all services at your doorstep then this is the place for you

I hope to stay here every time I travel to Melbourne and for so many reasons I could go on and on but instead I'll sum it up with 5 Stars.. *Sensational *Spotless *Serene *So close to everything you could want or need *So professionally presented and managed! Thank you so much Nancy and Doug.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Apartment. We stayed nine nights in Doug's apartment we could not find a fault with it. Apartment has every thing you need and shopping centre and train station are just across the street. Also a big thanks to Nancy the property manager for the meet and greet she showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had. Would recommend apartment to anyone staying in Melbourne CBD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Myself and my partner enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was in a great location close to trams, transport to airport and shops. Owner was very accommodating and dealt with requests very quickly. Would defiantly stay here again.
