Vine is a one bedroom apartment that boasts a double bedroom with a queen bed. Full size built-in robe provide plenty of storage. European styled bathroom, a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, In addition to this we also have a double foldaway sofa bed which is set up in the lounge. Vine can accomodate a maximum of 4 guests. This apartment would suit anyone and everyone from couples, families or groups that enjoy space, stylish design and a great location.

To keep things comfortable, the apartment has reverse air conditioning/heating and comfortable lounges. To relax the apartment has a 42" High def LCD TV with digital tuner, DVD player and Stereo. Complimentary wifi is also provided up to 6gb of data. The kitchen has all you could require, stainless steel cooktop, canopy and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, glassware, crockery, cutlery and essentials in the cupboards.

This includes bedding, linen, towels and use of utilities.

From the initial booking stage through to departure, everything was made easy and the owner was extremely helpful and polite. It was good to be met and have parts of the apartment explained and good to know if we needed anything they were not far away. The location was fantastic, just outside was the tram straight into the city and the shops are in walking distance if you need anything. We also really appreciated the complimentary parking, cot and highchair. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First class holiday apartment catering for all our needs. Balwyn is also a lovely area with everything (inc tram) close at hand. The owner (Nesh) was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Our (travelling) daughter and neice have booked for a further 6 weeks as they enjoyed the apartment so much. Highly recommended
