Situated in one of Melbourne's iconic building, this oversized 1 bedroom apartment very spacious and ideal for holiday makers and business people. Flooded with natural light and situated right in the middle of Prahran, this apartment doesn't disappoint.

It has all the mod cons - gourmet kitchen with granite tops, all appliances such as dishwasher, fridge, microwave and gas cooktop and electric oven. The spacious bathroom has a full size bath with shower as well as a hideaway laundry with washing machine. Also included is a 42" Samsung LCD TV, air-conditioning & heating, along with a supply of bedding and towels makes your stay extremely comfortable.

So why stay in Prahran?

Prahran is a busy little hub which is situated approx 5kms or 3 train stops from the city. It has an abundance of bars, trendy cafes and restaurants and if you're after a spot of shopping, there are plenty of boutique and high street shops along Chapel Street. There's no need to catch a cab as there is so much on offer right at your door step - all within walking distance. There are even shops downstairs!

Prahran and Windsor has seen an abundance of new and very cool restaurants popping up around Chapel and High Street (1 block down).

Should you wish to check out more of Melbourne and why not... it's a great city and there's lot going on, public transport is right on your doorstep. The train station is a 5 min walk and the trams are right outside. A train ride to the city take about 7 mins. There is an information centre at Federation Square which is opposite Flinders Street Station.

Sleeping

Sleeps up to 5 people comfortably but can accommodate up to 7 people if a short stay. There's a queen size bed in the bedroom which has built in robes and access to the sunny balcony. There's a double sofa bed located in the dining alcove and can be left assembled throughout your stay and not interfere with the main living space. There's another sofa bed situated in the main living room but needs to be reassembled after each night as this is the main sofa in the living area.

$200 bond required.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great location Location is great for the market, and for bars/restaurants. And public transport to Melbourne centre is right outside the door. The apartment itself is a bit tired and could do with a bit of refurbishment. And, the apartment is directly above a communal refuse (garbage) area, which gets serviced every night between 3-6am. It will wake you up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great location Nice size apartment handy to everything. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Plenty of shopping and public transport all at your doorstep. The apartment complex it self was quiet but outside noise was noticeable but expected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. Not only do you have the best shops and restaurants in Melbourne right at your doorstep, you can also easily get anywhere else by tram (stop in front of the building) or train (maximum 5 minutes walk).I would definitely stay there again.On the negative side, I haven't received the bond back although we moved out there three weeks ago and there was no communication from the owner since then.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Location, Location. This propery is situated so close to everything. Great fashion shops, bars and restaurants. Safeways and Coles are just out the back to stock up on lifes little necessities. Also great transport links with tram and train at your doorstep. The property itself is clean and spacious with all the mod cons and great decor. My mum and I found it extremely comfortable, and with lift access, mum had no issue with stairs.The owner too was very welcoming and helpful.
