I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Melbourne. The place is furnished to a high standard and the two rooms are of a good size. It is only a short walk to many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. As an added bonus there is a tennis court on site.

The unit was exactly what the advertisements said and more. Location was great - walking distance to Prahran and we also walked back from the CBD which took about 45 minutes. I arrived with three teenagers and there was no problems due to their age and the pool would have been of great value except for the Melbourne weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We spent a wonderful fortnight at Margeaux Terrace in June/July 2011. We found the accommodation to be exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, quiet and ideally located. The living areas are bright and sunny and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the huge bathtub is a welcome addition. The townhouse is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Chapel Street, Prahran Markets, Toorak Road and buses/trams. Would defintely choose to stay here again!

The place was fabulously fitted out, immaculately presented and in a great spot - It's a 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants on Chapel Street. The tennis court was a fantastic plus and the small court yard at the front a perfect spot to enjoy a bit of sunshine and wine. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Melbourne.
