All our apartments and homes are located in residential buildings, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying with us means you can live like a local!

As part of that experience, we expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.

Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

In the interest of being green, we ask guests to ensure that lights/heating/cooling/internet etc., are switched off when not in property, and when checking-out. Excessive usage may be charged.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am.

Check-in and out procedures are detailed via email once reservation is confirmed.

We do not require a security deposit. Before check-in, we ask guests to complete and submit a Booking Registration and Credit Card Authorisation Form.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The unit was impeccable, the decore was beautiful and everything that I expected..the ease of public transport and the closeness to supermakets and coffee shops and resterants for dinner was excellent.John and I enjoyed 8 days in Melbourne and the use of theis beautiful unit made our stay so much better. Definatly worth every wonderful moment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic accomodation. Very private and definitely romantic. Fully self contained, everything you need the apartment has. Very quiet even though your in the heart of St Kilda. Centrally located to everything, tram stop at the front door, supermarket 5 min walk, restaurants & cafes everywhere and also right out the front door, city 10-15 mins by tram. Very safe and secure building with secure basement parking also provided.We would definitely stay again and we would definitely recommend this apartment for those wanting a romantic getaway
