Sleeps a maximum of 5 people, Separate bathroom/toilet. Laundry. 32'' LCD TV with dvd player in family living area. Solar heated in ground pool , children's playground and outdoor BBQ available to all guests. **Please Note** The Unit is not suitable for schoolies as many families and couples stay at the complex as it has a quiet relaxing atmosphere and the facilities incorporate a playground for children. Accordingly we are unable to accommodate schoolies. NO pets. BYO all linen (top&bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, teatowels)


5 minute walk to private beach and 8 minute walk to main shops. Short drive to see all the attractions of Phillip Island such as penguins, seals, grand prix and more.


10 units in total that are all individually (privately) owned. Guests staying in units only have access to facilities within the complex.
1 car park available in front of unit inside the complex. Extra cars must park on grass area outside the complex.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The property was very very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing easy escape. The pool was clean and warm. It was a little further from the main strip than we expected but the walk home after dinner was great. Kids loved it.
