THE WALLED GARDEN is exotic and includes a fishpond. You will see the goldfish but will you be lucky enough to meet one of the appealing little frogs?
LINEN: You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
PRE-SCHOOLERS: The property is not suitable for pre-schoolers (because of the fishponds)
PRICE & MINIMUM BOOKINGS
Christmas Peak: $1,575/week. 7 night minimum
Shoulder: $225/night. 3 night minimum includes long weekends, Easter school holidays. Discount for stays of 4 days or more
General: $1,180/week, $185/night mid-week, $400/weekend. 2 night minimum.
MID-WEEK SPECIAL. Stay 4 nights, pay for 3: $555. But does not include long weekends or school holidays. Mid-week nights: Sun - Wed nights
DEPOSIT: One-third on booking
Balance: At least 28 days prior to stay
Payment: Direct deposit preferred. You may also pay by cheque, money order or credit card.
CANCELLATION: $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation more than 28 days in advance: A refund will be given except for the $50 fee.
Cancellation less than 28 days in advance: The deposit will be retained unless the property is re-booked for the period cancelled.
No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.
LINEN: You will need to provide your own linen: Sheets, pillow cases, towels etc

Inverloch is an extremely appealing seaside village and is suitable for year-round holidays. There are beaches to suit everyone including the beautiful Inlet beach which is at the end of the street. The surf beach which is a 5 minute drive away is patrolled during the summer season and there are a stunning selection of rock-pool beaches. Inverloch is 1 and 3/4 hours from Melbourne, about 30kms after the Phillip Island turnoff.
Inverloch offers a wide variety of activities; fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, boating, snorkelling, golf, tennis, walking and bird watching etc. A popular jazz festival is held during the Labour Day weekend in March. There is also a regular farmers market.
The town offers a variety of restaurants and cafes, shops, galleries and the Bunurong Environment Centre which houses a large shell collection and gifts.
If you are staying for a while, be sure to explore some of the appealing nearby towns, for example the Kongwak market on Sundays, Fish Creek, Koonwarra etc.
