Welcome to your beautifully appointed 2 storey-3 bedroom townhouse in Inverloch, privately owned and planned with comfort in mind. Seclusion and security are key concepts in this property?s design, as demonstrated by the double lock up garage and fully enclosed backyard.
Seven townhouses occupy the property, with access to this Inverloch rental via a communal driveway. The adjoining double lockup garage can fit 2 cars or a small boat and car.
This holiday rental offers 2 outdoor dining and entertaining zones; the central dining area features a Weber BBQ. The second area is downstairs and serves as a sunny reading retreat with a choice of great books and reading material offered on site.
The upstairs has open plan kitchen and dining with space for 8 at the table. There is a coffee plunger and a water filter. Entertainment options include a stereo, CD player with MP3 connection and a PlayStation 3, so the kids will never get bored.
The layout of this Inverloch house is fantastic. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area downstairs. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, a bathroom, two decks, kitchen and the second living room. To keep you warm on cooler nights, there is a Coonara electric fireplace in the upstairs living room.
There is so much space in this Inverloch holiday rental that, even at full capacity, everyone still retains his or her own space to spread out in and relax

Inverloch is only 20 minutes from the famous Phillip Island precinct which features the acclaimed attractions such as the iconic penguin parade which is a daily event at the Phillip Island nature park and occurs at about 9pm throughout summer. Other features to visit include the landmark Knobbies region, the park's spectacular boardwalk path along the natural sea bird gardens of the headland.
For one long weekend in October, the Grand Prix circuit becomes a sprawling temporary city for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. The rest of the year it hosts various automotive activities including go-carts and hot laps with an experienced race driver. There is even slot car racing!
