This modern 4 bedroom, 2 living area house has unrivalled views of the ocean coast from Forest Caves to Cape Woolamai and then back to Pyramid Rock and Smiths Beach. And if you ever tire of these, then turn your gaze to the Bay and views of Swan Bay and Churchill Island.

Set on one of the highest points on Phillip Island but only metres to one of its most pristine beaches, Ocean 2 Bay Views beach house is the perfect beach house getaway for one or two families or one or two couples.

The spacious upstairs living, dining and kitchen area lets you take in the views whatever conditions are like outside, while the large wrap around deck lets you follow the sun, or shade, around the house and really take in the Island atmosphere.

Ocean 2 Bay Views beach house is an all year round relaxing holiday escape with the enclosed wood burning heater ensuring that the seaside ambience and warmth is felt even during Melbourne's coldest winter days.

What more could you want?

The main living area invites you to stretch out, relax and enjoy the views and setting. The dining table can seat 10 and lets you enjoy the views over breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 127cm TV, DVD player and stereo cater for your entertainment needs.

The large master bedroom is on the upper level and has incredible ocean views through the Surf Beach sand dunes to Surf Beach and all the way down the coast to the Phillip Island MotoGP track. It has its own private deck to take in those magnificent Island sunsets, or to get away from the kids. Another bedroom is on this level.

The second living area on the lower level has a TV and DVD player. The other two bedrooms are on this level. Just outside the back door is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the short walk back from the beach.

Two of the four bedrooms are upstairs (one queen and one with a duo bunk), while the other two bedrooms are downstairs (also with one queen and one with duo bunk). There is a bathroom and separate toilet downstairs and an ensuite bathroom and separate toilet upstairs.

Special Dates and Information

SUPER BIKES: $1,720 per week (or $1120 for a 4 night minimum)

EASTER: $1720 per week (or $1,120 for a 4 night minimum)

V8 SUPER CARS: $1720 per week (or $840 for a 3 night minimum)

MOTOGP: $1960 per week

Guests are required to provide own linen (ex MOTOGP) including sheets, pillow cases and towels

The house sleeps 10 but is generally not suitable for groups of adults larger than 6 or 7

The house is not available for 'schoolies' bookings

Great view from Master Bedroom as well as upstairs Living Room and Balcony. Beach is only 50m away. We had a great time and I'll definitely book it again. Couldn���t asked for a better place to spend the weekend.

The house was large and well furnished and the location terrific (it felt close to everything). We enjoyed the beautiful views, sea breezes, practical & modern decor, expansive AC master bedroom with ensuite, fabulous new BBQ, convenience of the general store and the lovely setting. Highly recommended!

The upstairs living/kitchen area was so open and spacious, plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to relax, with beautiful views in all directions. The modern facilities, comfy beds and added extras such as outdoor shower and coffee machine made our stay even more comfortable. Short walk to the beach one way and general store the other was handy. We will be back!
