Wander through this magical Toolangi garden where Australia's poet C J Dennis used to live and have a wonderful devonshire tea with magnificent scones made by the owner - Jan Williams. With the River at the bottom of the garden and some fantastic trees such as a Copper Beech. Its great for a morning or afternoon out!

The Swingbridge

The Riverside Walk

At Warburton, this beautiful walk is immensely popular with locals and visitors. The walk can begin or end at any of the six bridges crossing the Yarra behind the township. The total walk is around 5 km, with a number of attractive rest stops along the way. There are BBQ and picnic facilities.
Wirrawilla Rainforest

WirraWilla Rainforest Boardwalk

Located off Sylvia Creek Road about 4km from the Myers Creek Road in Toolangi - this beautiful boardwalk meanders through a cool temperate rainforest. It is a natural wonder and is worthwhile visiting in any season. During Summer it is amazing how cool it is under the canopy of myrtle beech, southern Sassafras and majestic tree ferns. Stroll over bridges that criss cross the cool, clear mountain stream and listen out for the calls of the elusive lyrebirds.

The Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail

Cycle or walk the wonderfully scenic Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail. The 38 kilometre trail follows an old railway line built in 1901. To cycle the trail one way takes a good 3 hours.
