Applecross Townhouse is a quality property in the heart of Applecross, near the vibrant Applecross Village. it is spotlessly maintained and managed by the owner. Nicely located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, it looks onto a small park.. Nearby shops, cafes. gourmet deli etc in the Applecross Village make daily shopping a breeze, and there are many dining options. Bus and train services are nearby.
The enclosed courtyard and stair guard ensure a "worry-free" place for families with young children, and an ideal base for anyone to stay in beautiful Perth. It is also a great location for people on business in Perth.
