The 3 bedrooms are situated upstairs, with the master bedroom enjoying a lovely north facing outlook. The master bedroom contains a new Sleepmaker Physio pillow top queen size bed, for a good nights sleep!
Bedroom 2 also has a new double Sleepmaker bed.
Bedroom 3 contains a bunk bed (Australia standard compliant)
The upstairs bathroom contains a lovely deep bath. Especially useful for those with young children or to simply enjoy a leisurely soak. The bathroom boasts a double basin.
The upstairs toilet is separate to the bathroom.



Downstairs is the open plan living area.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably, up to 8 if required.
The kitchen is well appointed, including a dishwasher and microwave.
The laundry contains a front loading washing machine, new large sink with generous bench area and cupboard space. Great for washing littlies in!)
The separate toilet with hand basin is accessed via the laundry.
There is a private front courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ(north facing).

Mosman Park/Cottesloe/Fremantle/Claremont

Mosman Park is located along Stirling Highway approximately 14 kilometres from Perth and 3 kilometres from Fremantle. It is bordered by the suburbs of Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and North Fremantle and is unique in having the Indian Ocean on its western boundary and the beautiful shores of the Swan River as its eastern boundary.

Mosman Park is a predominantly residential area including some of the most exclusive property development in Western Australia.

The area is well served by a number of beautiful parks.

Cottesloe, one of Perth's premier beaches, is within walking distance. Cottesloe boasts some great snorkelling, swimming and surfing areas for all ages.
During the Summer months particulary, the area is extremely popular with the kite and windsurfing fraternity. Making the most of the Fremantle Doctor (Afternoon seabreeze).

Fremantle, an historic Port City, is a 5 minute drive by car or train. Fremantle, has an abundance of cafe's, bars, restaurants, museums and shopping.

Claremont only 10 minutes drive away, is one of Perth's premier shopping precincts. It also has a variety of bars and eateries.




Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice location: Problems getting bond refunded We enjoyed our stay in the Sea Star Villa apartments and have no complaints about the apartment itself: Supplies were sufficient, the apartment was clean and no loud neighbors or street noise, beds were comfy enough and the appliances all worked perfectly. Our only complaint is that it took almost a month for the manager to refund our bond deposit, and even then they only refunded half of the deposit, with no explanation as to why they retained half of the deposit. We left the apartment in perfect condition...washing and drying all the beach towels before departure...making sure all dishes were clean...no damages whatsoever. Would stay again for this reason.

It is newly renovated and everything was modern & clean. Great location, only a short drive from the river, beach & train station. All round a great place for our family. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For a family with three kids, including an infant, this property was lovely. Lots of space and well-appointed kitchen and laundry area. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and laundry utensils and appliances, and found that little details had been thought of that made our stay easy and catered for. All modern fixtures and fittings, new and clean. A quiet and nice neighbourhood, safe and secure and practical. Highly recommended for families and small groups of friends. For the price we were extremely happy with what we got!
