Stylish, modern and reverse cycle AIRCONDITIONED !! Great family apartment, metres from South Cottesloe Marine Reserve and beach. Ocean views from ALL rooms, together with a substantial balcony. 1st floor location provides great security, not to mention great views. The apartment has a generous open-plan kitchen and family/dining room. A large sliding double glass door opens out onto the balcony, inviting summer breakfasts with protection from the prevailing seasonal warm easterly breeze. Then, when the brisk afternoon "Fremantle Doctor" has done it's job, and cooled things down from another beautiful WA summer day, it's time for a beer or gin and tonic on the balcony. Relax and watch the sunset, passing ships, yachts and if you're really lucky - maybe a migrating Southern Right whale and it's calf !!
The generous master bedroom with queen size bed has overhead fan cooling, although with an opening picture window to the Indian Ocean, a cool evening breeze makes for pleasant evenings.

Transport & Accessibility
The apartment is in a quiet residential street with local traffic only. There is off-street free parking within the property itself. For those guests without private transport, the apartment is 100 metres from the main Perth to Fremantle railway line. Travel time to Perth by train is approx. 25 minutes. Travel time to the historic port city of Fremantle is approx. 10 minutes. Local taxi cab ranks also provide prompt access to personalised transport if required.
Perth domestic and international airports are approx. 30 - 40 minutes by taxi, even at peak times.
The major tourist attraction of Rottnest Island is only 20 kilometres directly offshore from the foreshore in front of the apartment. The ferry terminal is a short 10 minute taxi or train ride away.
The historic port city of Fremantle is a mere 10 minutes by train/taxi. The city has a range of attractions including: maritime museums, historic hotels, convict jail, commercial fishing harbour, theatres, restaurants and coffee houses.
Perth city is 25 minutes by train and has world class shopping, tourist attractions, river cruises, winery cruises, art gallery, zoological gardens and the famous Kings Park botanic park overlooking the Swan River and city.
For those wishing to travel further afield there is easy access to transport and tours to the South West wine region and national forests and parks. Bus/train trips are available to attractions such as the Pinnacles, Kalgoorlie gold fields and outback wildflower spectacle (season permitting).
