Mosman Park itself also offers a range of lovely restaurants, shops and an outdoor cinema. Enjoy early morning (or afternoon) walks to Cottesloe Beach and have breakfast at one of the many cafes along the way.

The Lane is ideally suited to adults and small families who want to experience living in this coastal suburb. If in Perth for business reasons, the property is also very suitable as it is very easy to access the CBD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent accommodation The Lane was perfect for our family. It was quiet and secure for small children. The shops were literally around the corner which as a bonus. Everything we love about Perth was within a short drive away. Plus it is close to some great parks for the kids! We highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home away from Home! What a lovely house The Lane is. All we had to take was ourselves. I loved how the kitchen was set up with all the extras we would not find elsewhere. The location is perfect with beautiful Freemantle down the road and Cottlesloe beach a short walk. We didn't need public transport but the train station is a 2 min walk away.We would definitely recommend The Lane for a very comfortable stay in a perfect location. Thanks Cathy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect The flat was comfortable, very good beds and linen, everything needed was there, well set out flat and the location was excellent. The train was half a block away as was the bus. The main highway is also half a block away yet I never heard traffic or the train. A lovely quiet area close to the supermarket and a lot of small shops, cafes etc. The beach was about 20 mins walk away and the beautiful Cottesloe beach front with pubs and cafes etc was an extra 10 mins walk at a sedate pace. A short drive or bus ride took you to the Cottesloe strip shops - very impressive array, or in the opposite direction to Freemantle. Always a good place to visit. For a senior, the public transport was very cheap. Very impressed by the whole stay. Lovely owners who were very helpful and this makes your stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

I stayed with my 2 older teenagers and it was wonderful to have 3 bedrooms all with quality linen and comfortable mattresses. Particularly loved being able to sit comfortably outside in the privacy of the courtyard. Many thoughtful touches and great kitchenware for a family who wishes to eat in sometimes. Fabulous location!!
