Redfern House is an elegant residence with alfresco living front and back. The home exudes style and comfort, with colour coordinated interior, luxurious leather couches furnishing two discrete living areas. The home is situated in character North Perth, a stones throw from the vibrant cafe strip on Angove Street and the culture and diversity of the Mt Lawley restaurants.
Entry to the home is via keyless entry system, open to the downstairs living area. French doors open onto the alfresco area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
Adjacent is a gourmet kitchen, with counter and stainless steel and leather bar stools, for informal dining, and formal setting on a wooden 6 seater table with coordinated leather and stainless steel seating. The gourmet kitchen features an island, ample preperation surfaces, telephone, dishwasher, double sink, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
Designer crockery, glasses are available from generous cabinets, along with a full compliment of cookware. The gas stove top is totally controllable, together with built in oven if you are planning to entertain
Off the kitchen is a decked shaded alfresco area, with synthetic lawn, and a 6 seater out door setting to enjoy those barmy Perth evenings. Off the kitchen there is access to an enclosed garage, laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, deep sink, ironing facilities and sliding door to the outdoor lawn area. For guests downstaira there is a downstairs toilet. Entry to the house is also possible via the automated garage door and garage entry.
The downstairs lounge area is made more comfortable with a gas remote control heater, designer rug, leather couch and complimentary chairs, plus a TV with DVD player. A telephone is also provided for making local calls
Up stairs you will find a clean, bright and modern guest bathroom featuring spa bath, and rain shower. Adjacent are two styled bedrooms, one with leather queen size bed, and the other with king singles. These can be seperated if required. Both rooms contain ample wardrobe space, and crisp freshly ironed linen. The mattresses are resort quality, pillow top for unsurpassed comfort and relaxing night's sleep.
The upstairs living area is furnished with two leather couches, with scatters and throws, coffee tables, and large screen TV for kicking back after a day of sight seeing. FOXTEL is available, as well as DVD player. French doors open onto a secluded balcony, with a small setting ideal for an informal breakfast or brunch, or watching the sun rise over leafy My Lawley and Edith Cowan University, with a view to the Perth Hills.
The upstairs living area is cooled and heated for your additional comfort with a reverse cycle air conditioner.
Off the landing is a private master suite, with walk in robe, queen leather bed, bedside tables, lamps, and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, rain shower, and designer basin and tapware. Heat lights in both bathroom provide an added dimension of comfort

Adjacent to the property is an eclectic selection of shops, hairdressers, convenience store, doctor, Chinese healing centre, travel agent, gourmet pizza shop, tanning salon, launderette.
A 24 hour facility is available on the corner of Fitzgerald Street and Walcott Street, which is ideal if you need milk after a 1am arrival at the airport!
Fitzgerald Street is the main thoroughfare into the city, with a few stops to the Perth CBD and new entertainment centre if you're travelling by bus. Easily accessible is the stunning Hyde Park, the night life of Northbridge, parks, restaurants along the same route. The city is minutes by car.
Walcott Street East will initially take you to My Lawley, where you can see the remains of Perth art deco style architecture, bohemian atmosphere, and historic Astor theatre and its varied attractions. Continue along Walcott Street to Guildford Road and Guilford, where you can access the picturesque Swan Valley with it's many wineries and tourist attractions.
Walcott Street West will take you to Mt Hawthorn, again an old established suburb minutes from the CBD. Mt Hawthorn has a character of its own, skirted by the vibrant Leederville, and North Perth. 15 minutes by car will take you to Scarborough beach, with stunning views out over the Indian Ocean, beach side culture and surf
Heading along Fitzgerald Street North takes you to Edith Cowan University, and the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
North Perth is within walking distance, through character tree lined streets, million dollar homes, safe parks with old fig trees, the North Perth tennis and bowls club, to trendy Angove Street.

The landlady made it all the more special by her personal touches to the place and her attention to the details. It screams of one word - "WELCOME!" We had a very comfortable stay at Redfern House. It was like a home away from home with absolutely everything provided. There was enough room for all 5 of us without feeling like we were living in each other's pockets.
