There are 2/3 bedrooms(3 if sitting room bedsettee is used) and 1 large bathroom with claw foot bath with shower. Lovely private rear garden with outdoor table seating 8, also a barbeque area with adiditional outdoor seating for 4. A lovely outdoor claw foot bath , 2 outdoor hot and cold showers and 2nd toilet. Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Sleeping Configuration

The property sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. In addition a double inner sprung sofa bed can be used in the sitting room to facilitate sleeping arrangements for up to an extra 2 persons if needed. Leaving the kitchen dining/family room as the central living area.

For children the 2nd bedroom will be decorated to suit their ages - please see one of the photographs. A portacot and highchair can also be made available if required along with lovely cot linen, baby rocker, play table, bath seat, potty, soft toys, books and games. (Please advise of your requirements at time of booking)

This renovated character home is centrally located in Victoria Park East, being 7 minutes drive from the Perth CBD, the Bell Tower and jetty, Convention Centre, Burswood Casino/golf course and only a 3 minute drive to the Swan River foreshore.

A 20 minute drive will take you to the fabulous Indian Ocean beaches and 30 minutes will have you savouring the Swan Valley wineries.

Curtin University, National Hockey precincts are a short drive away as is the Crown Entertainment Complex.

Just a 2 minute walk to the popular vibrant cafe and shopping strip in East Victoria Park with it's wide choice of restaurants, cafes, food supermarkets and shops.

Fraser Park and children's play area are located at the end of the street, ideal for those morning and evening walks.

Should you need a gym a 24 hour Fitness Centre is located at the other end of the street on the Albany Hwy, daily membership is available.

Annie is a wonderful owner who attended to our every needs promptly. The house was traditional and well kept, making our stay during the cold winter warm and cozy. The house was also well stocked with DVDs, magazines, books and even toys for the children. My boy and girl love the room which was specially decorated for them. The house is also well located, near major supermarket and eateries. We didn't have problem finding good food and shopping around the area. This is definitely better than staying in the city center with busy traffic.

The house is full of character, beautifully furnished with an eye for detail. The driveway parking was a bonus and the location to many restaurants makes this a great place to stay in Perth.
