Parkland Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located seven minutes from the Perth CBD, Crown Casino, Swan River Foreshore and a 5 minute walk to the Victoria Park café strip.

Mattresses: The house is fitted with 5 Star quality Sealy Brand mattresses. 1 x Queen and 2 x Double.
We use 5 star hotel quality mattresses protectors to ensure maximum hygiene and comfort. The house also has a bunk bed with 2 x single beds, total of 5 beds, sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

The house has a modern kitchen with the latest induction cook top, new oven, microwave, dishwasher. It provides you with all the comforts of home to make the most of your holiday or business trip.

The living area has a large comfortable leather sofa with new LCD TV and DVD player.

WIFI internet naked DSL

The kitchen and dining area is separate from the living area.

Laundry facilities include a 6kg top loader washing machine.
The house has ducted evap air-conditioning and a wall heater in the lounge room.


There is a huge 45sqm undercover patio area with BBQ (see photos)

Location

The house is located seven minutes from the Perth CBD, Crown Casino, Swan River Foreshore and a 5 minute walk to the Victoria Park café strip. Other attractions located around Perth such as the Bell Tower, Ferry Jetty, Perth Convention Centre, golf courses are within a 10 minute drive.

The bus stop is a 4 minute walk away, bus number 72 and 75. These buses will take you directly to Perth City, the trip will take around 10 minutes.

3kms to Collier Park Golf Course

A 30 minute drive will have you tasting the magnificent wines of the Swan Valley.

Curtin University is a 2kms away

Just a 5 minute walk will take you to the famous Victoria Park cafe and restaurant strip along Albany HWY where you can enjoy a variety of cuisines.

There are 3 large parks located adjacent to the house with a childrens playground, ideal for those morning and evening walks.

Domestic and International Airports are a 20 minute taxi ride.

The Carlisle Train Station is within walking distance as are various Bus Routes which will take you into the Perth City Bus / Train Depot.
