Constitution View is one of 2 properties we have in East Perth. It is a spacious three bed, two bathroom townhouse with three levels. The townhouse is located in the prestigious East Perth river precinct with its tree lined streets, vibrant cafe and restaurant district and multi-million dollar homes. There are over a dozen restaurants within walking distance of the townhouse and some of Perth's best parklands right at your doorstep.

The front patio has views to the Swan River. Secure keyless entry allows all guests access to the property without having seperate keys. Upon entering, guests are made welcome with attractive polished timber floors, the living area features a luxurious leather sofa suite and large screen TV with Premium Foxtel plus movie channels. In addition there is a a home entertainment system with a selection of DVD's for relaxing after a day in the City.

A fully equipped kitchen including premium coffee machine and stainless steel European appliances is also located on the entry level. Gorgeous plantation shutters reveal the perfect light into the dining area which is located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 6 people. Other features include a rear balcony for outdoor entertaining.

The lower level has a generous double car garage which opens out to rear laneway for easy access. A fully equipped laundry room including dryer is also located on this level.

Rest easy

Constitution View is fully air-conditioned and will sleep 6 guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a master bedroom with quality Pillow Top Queen size bed, secluded balcony and en-suite with separate bath and shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed with adjoining bathroom, the other has two single beds. (A highchair, cot and bedding are available on request.)

Location & General Information

Only several hundred metres from Perth CBD and close to all major Perth tourist attractions, public transport and freeway arteries. We can even arrange a limo tour or wedding cars if required.

Stroll down to the Swan River and follow it around through landscaped walks to East Perth's vibrant cafe, restaurant and bar precinct for the children there is a new play gym on the foreshore - Claisebrook Cove. The East Perth precinct is a 3min walk and has all your shopping needs including boutiques, grocery or liquor needs, speciality shops chemist and over a dozen restaurants and cafes.

The WACA ground is a 300m walk as is Gloucester Park Harness Racing venue. Burswood Entertainment Complex including public golf course can be viewed across the Swan River and the Belmont Racecourse is also located across the river - both of which can be reached via Claisebrook train station which is a 10 minute walk from Constitution View or by short car/taxi ride.

Enjoy the FREE Yellow Cat city precinct shuttle bus service only 100m from the house and you'll be in the city within 5mins. Attractions in the Perth metropolitan area include the Hay & Murray Street Malls, Perth Mint, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Western Australian Museum, Concert Hall, Cultural Centre, His Majesty Theatre and the Institute of Contemporary Arts. You'll be close to the city centre,yet you will feel as though you are living in the countryside. Why not hire a bike while you are staying with us you'll find plenty of bike ways to explore around the nearby river.

I have been wanting to book this place through Stayz on at least 3 occasions in the previous years whenever we visited Perth but never got the opportunities to because it had been fully booked for the dates we had been here. This time round, I booked in 8 months in advance and I must say that it has been the most memorable stay for our family of 6. The townhouse has met all our expectations, my in-laws and 2 boys included. Rod has been a wonderful owner-host, walking us to the restaurants and IGA which are all just 10-minute walk away. He provides the best for his guests, from the lovely coffee machine which he has ensured the availability of capsules for our entire stay right up to the high quality bedlinen provided. A highly recommended place to stay for anyone looking for a quiet environment yet so near to Perth City.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful property in amazing location. I booked this Townhouse for 8 nights in June for a family getaway as we had a wedding to attend in Perth. 5 adults and a child (3 YO). Originally I has planned to book Constitution View but after speaking with the owner Rod (he owes both properties) he recommended his shiny new property Henry Lawson Walk as it was a couple of hundred meters closer to the café & restaurants. So glad I trusted him as this place was fantastic. Everyone was extremely impressed with the quality, cleanliness and location of this modern house. We worked our way around all of the nearby café & restaurants, each one was fantastic with quality food and coffee on offer. There is an IGA supermarket & bottle shop within 200 meters so all your shopping & booze needs are catered for. There was a kids park at the end of the street plus free busses into the city, all within walking distance. There was off street parking for two cars plus the freeway was very close, so getting around town was no issue. Rod the owner was a pleasure to deal with and super friendly. If I’m going to be totally honest, The only concern we had when we first arrived was there was no heating down stairs (upstairs has a very good ducted heating) but after a call to Rod he popped over within the hour with two (2) brand new heaters for the kitchen & lounge room. Also, the Wi-Fi router is located in the main bedroom (upstairs) so the signal is very week downstairs. This would be easily fixed by moving the router down stairs. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This property is excellent I booked this Townhouse for 6 nights, last year for myself and two other couples,who travelled to Perth from Sydney to join a Cruise from Freemantle. Everyone was extremely impressed with quality, cleanliness and location of this property. We had access to free city bus service, shops and cafes just around the corner. Rod the owner was the ultimate professional from the 1st contact, assisting with shuttle service contact, and great recommendations for places to visit whilst in Perth.

Stayed here with my family of 7 pax (couple, old folks, baby) in June 2014 for a week long vacation. The owner is very friendly, accommodating to requests and is prompt on replies. Even almost a year later, my family is still talking and reminiscing our good family bonding times in this house. The place is clean and located in a convenient and lovely neighborhood. We are very impressed with this place and if we are coming back to Perth again, no guesses for where we are going to stay again! :)
