Located within the CBD, you are walking distance from superior shopping, restaurants, theatres and night-life. Free public transport is available from the front door as well as access to the train system that can take you to Fremantle, Mandurah, Cottesloe and most areas of Perth.

The Ferry is also available within walking distance that offers transport to Rottnest, The Perth Zoo, South Perth, and the Swan Valley Wine region.

The Apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with spacious living / dinning areas and a large balcony with a barbeque and seating area.

The main bedroom contains a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. A cot is also available on request.
Each bedroom has a private ensuite with a basin, shower and toilet.

The Apartment also has a laundry with a washing machine and dryer available.

The kitchen has all the homely items you would expect including an oven, microwave, cook top, and refrigerator as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

In the spacious lounge there is a modular lounge suite, television and CD player.

In the complex there is a large pool and gym for your use.


A 20% deposit (with a minimum of $300) is required to confirm all bookings.

A $300 security bond is also required with all bookings and will be refunded after check-out providing the property is in the condition you found it in.

Full payment must be made 10 days prior to check-in.

Check in time is 2pm and Check-out is at 10am. A late check-out is available for a fee and subject to availability.

We found ourselves very close to city centre without the noise.Easy walk to the Barrick St jetty for a ferry trip to the zoo.Had a lovely cool down swim in the pool.Wonderful views of the river and city lights This was a great place to stay and made our trip to perth most special

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a wonderful apartment in which to get over our jetlag!! The views from the apartment and balcony were superb, day and night - I could have sat on the sofa for hours!! The apartment is well fitted-out, and extremely comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful. One downside is road noise (but only from the balcony), but that is to be expected from it's prime location in the city. I am thrilled to have stayed here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of shops, parks and gardens, ferry/train, restaurants and cafe's. The CAT bus at the front door connects with other CAT services so you can travel around the inner city for free and see some interesting streetscapes and historic buildings. The apartment has mesmorising 180 degree views over the Swan River and up to Kings Park which you don't always get when staying in hotels in the CBD. You're so high up you can see the cranes at the wharf in Freemantle and receive the cool afternoon breeze whilst taking drinks on the balcony at sunset. There's no dishwasher but the car park and privacy compensates for this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from if you visit perth and want to stay right in the city centre in an ultra modern appartment with a big wow factor and a million dollar view then stay at this place,it really is top shelf,and the thing is it wasnt any dearer than others the same.As soon as my wife walked inside a huge smile lit up her face and that said it all.Secure parking too many good points to list,none bad.Highly recommended.
