Roleys on the Ridge is by far one of the best locations in Roleystone, with valley views and character style building and verandahs. It has a toasty pot belly stove to warm the spirits, lovely jarrah beams in the roof and wooden floorboards. The corrugated iron walls and roof give it a warm homely ambience so its no wonder new owners Brad and Melanie Richards fell in love with this unique resturant in such a spectacular location. Melanie is a local teacher and Brad, the head chef has had over twenty years experience in fine
dining places including Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, Hyatt Regency Adelaide and Lake Karrinyup Country Club. Roleys is located in Brackenridge Village on the corner of Brookton Highway and Soldiers Road Roleystone.
