Watervale is located adjacent to the South Perth foreshore in one of Perth's premier residential locations.

Strategically located in South Perth with easy access to public transport (bus / ferry) and only metres to the Mends Street ferry, cafe, restaurant and shopping precinct, Perth Zoo and South Perth Bowling Club it presents as the PERFECT location for visitors to Western Australia.

The South Perth foreshore provides free barbecue facilities, children's playground, water sports and a 10 km walk, run or cycle path around the river.

No need for a car with public transport options easily accessible (bus and ferry) or a short taxi ride to and from the city.

Mends Street jetty is a 5 minute ferry ride to Barrack Street jetty (city) where ferries leave to Rottnest Island, Swan Valley and Fremantle.

The CAT (Central Area Transport) bus links with the ferry, providing free transport throughout the city including West / East Perth - servicing major attractions around the city like Kings Park, WACA Cricket Ground, Queens Gardens, Gloucester Park (harness racing), Convention Centre, Constitutional Centre and Harbour Town (outlet shopping centre).

At Watervale we take pride in our service, quality and cleanliness. We meet & greet you on your arrival where our Property Manager provides you with a full orientation of the apartment. You can be assured of satsfaction at Watervale.... we aim to please.

Minimum Stay: 3 nights.
A security bond of $500 will be required before your arrival. The bond is refunded within 48 hrs of departure, please note a $25 inspection-admin fee applies. Booking must be secured with a 33 per cent deposit, payable on receipt of invoice, with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic flat, lovely views, and perfect position to explore Perth. Lovely to be met by John when we pulled in, and lovely to have him come and say good bye before we left. Will definately be staying again if possible when we come back in 18months time. Would defiantaly reccommend to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hi John. Following our first stay in your apartment I have to say that my partner and I enjoyed a very comfortable and surprisingly peaceful stay. The location was perfect for us. Subject to its availability, we would both love to make Number 10 our home away from home in the future. Many thanks also for you prompt replies to our internet, email and SMS queries. Online banking transfers made deposit, balance and bond payments and bond refund a breeze! Your friendly manner and wave from the balcony when greeting us on our arrival made us feel very welcome indeed!

If we need a place in Perth again it will be our number 1 choice.One thing we thought was under-promoted on Stayz was its lovely open aspect and the partial views of the river and CBD from the balcony, which you can't see from the photos.

No need to dirty the kitchen (didn't intend cooking anyway) with a variety of restaurants & take-aways (and bottleshop) on your back doorstep. Didn't need a car either as a short walk to the ferry terminal that takes you to the city where the public and tour transport is excellent and some of it "free" Thanks John

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in the Watervale Apartment. Not only did John personally greet us there (even though it was 1am!) it was lovely to walk into an immaculate apartment with all the details considered. The position was perfect for us to visit cafes and restaurants, shops, walk to the Ferry wharf to go to the city and it's an easy drive to Fremantle for the markets and the best fish and chips! Not to mention Perth Zoo, literally at the end of your street and and IGA accross the road for convenience. We have already recommended this accomodation to our family for future visits and we look forward to our next stay very much.
