A security bond of $500 will be required before your arrival. The bond is refunded within 48 hrs of departure, please note a $25 inspection-admin fee applies.
Booking must be secured with a 33 per cent deposit, payable on receipt of invoice, with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Spot We had a great stay at Watervale.The property is well equipped and very comfortable.It is only minutes away from,shops,restaurants,hotel and Ferry Terminal.There are plenty of walking and bike tracks,we walked back from the city on more than one occasion and had a good walk to and from Kings Park.The Zoo is only a five minute walk away and well worth a visit.We would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic flat, lovely views, and perfect position to explore Perth. Lovely to be met by John when we pulled in, and lovely to have him come and say good bye before we left. Will definately be staying again if possible when we come back in 18months time. Would defiantaly reccommend to anyone.
