Every single guest has been full of nothing but praise and compliments and that was before we recently renovated and updated Hilltop Hideaway. A beautiful location and apartment to get away from it all, or to catch up with friends!

Hilltop Hideaway is situated in the leafy and tranquil 'Tree Street' area, central to everything. It is in walking distance to the beach, nature park, restaurants, shopping, and the city centre with it's galleries and entertainment precinct. There is also a Bus Stop just 25 metres away.

GREAT LOCATION - SPACIOUS - MODERN AND STYLISH - FULLY SELF CONTAINED - SPOTLESSLY CLEAN

One bedroom, ground floor Apartment with a spacious open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen, the Bathroom and Laundry are combined, and there is a separate Toilet plus a handy storage area. Adding a gorgeous Outdoor Room plus access to a private leafy garden are our most recent renovations. The Apartment is spacious and stylish and has a modern look with the lighting, artwork and furnishings. Everything is spotlessly clean.

There are ceiling fans throughout (including the Outdoor Room), and never needs air-conditioning because it is so cool with the fans, insulation and cross ventilation. For winter nights there is a natural gas heater that quickly warms the whole Apartment. Quality block out blinds and curtains have been fitted to ensure total privacy.

You will walk into a fresh, airy and light open living area. The Lounge/Dining area has a beautiful parquetry floor, comfy leather lounges, a modern dining setting, and room to entertain. TV and DVD with a selection of movies - let us know your favourites - we may have them!.

The Outdoor Room is accessed from the Lounge/Dining area and is set up to relax and/or entertain in all year round - a casual setting with lounges, coffee table and of course a barbecue.

The Kitchen has a gas stove/oven, microwave oven with a grill, fridge/freezer and a handy pantry. Modern and matching crockery, cutlery and glassware supplied. A wide range of cookware is also provided. Kitchen is light and airy but the window is positioned to ensure total privacy.

The Bedroom is large and spacious with a very comfy Queen bed [fitted with quality linen], bedside tables and lamps, plus a large built-in wardrobe. The Bedroom has a doorway that opens into a secluded leafy garden area with a gorgeous old bench seat - a great spot for that early morning cup of tea.

The Bathroom is lovely and airy and has a modern vanity and walk-in-shower, and quality linen supplied. Exhaust/Light/Heater installed. It is tiled from floor to ceiling to ensure clean and hygienic surfaces throughout. The window provides light and air but is positioned to ensure total privacy. Full length mirror, a front load washing machine and dryer are installed.

The Toilet is separate to the Bathroom and there is also a small storage area for your suitcases.

The Apartment has been decorated with original art pieces, and is a comfortable and modern home away from home.

Off street parking is available for one vehicle.

Very close to all your needs whether it be a bite to eat, a splurge of shopping, casting a line into the surf, or a nice coldie at one of the MANY pubs!
