This beautiful house provides a peaceful and relaxing holiday setting in one of the best locations between the coastal townships of Dunsborough and Yallingup. The house is situated high on Quedjinup Ridge surrounded by magnificent native trees and landscaped gardens, which attract abundant kangaroos and birds all year round. The house also offers lovely views to the ocean of Geographe Bay.
A tranquil and relaxing house to return after exploring this beautiful region. Millhaven is only a few minutes drive to the calm beaches along Geographe Bay or the surf breaks at Yallingup. Many award winning wineries, restaurants, galleries & spectacular caves are all within a short drive.
Enjoy a short walk to Yallingup Wood-fired Bread for your fresh loaf each morning or a longer stroll to Petra Cafe for coffee or meals. Simmos Icecreamery is 2km down the hill.
Return from a day out to relax on the balcony with your favorite wine, soaking up the natural beauty of the location and watching the kangaroos that feed in the surrounding bushland. In winter, light the wood fire and relax with your favorite wine and just enjoy this picturesque and tranquil setting. The nature of the location provides an abundance of wildlife - kookaburras, blue wrens and kangaroos are some of the daily visitors.

Downstairs - one bedroom with queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with quality appliances and fully equipped with all you will need and adjoins the open plan dining and lounge area. You have a choice of reverse cycle air or an enclosed wood fire (wood supplied). All bedrooms have ceiling fans for summer comfort and electric blankets for your winter warmth.
The laundry has a front loading washing machine, clothes dyer and ironing facilities.
Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, two contain queen size beds and one with 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate wc. The sitting room upstairs also has a reverse cycle air conditioner. French doors lead out onto the verandah around the house & this area offers relaxed seating and a daybed with great views in all directions.
Outside - There is an area of reticulated lawn and garden with shady trees for summer. A hooded 4 burner BBQ is supplied and you have a choice of upstairs or downstairs outdoor entertaining areas, all with outdoor furniture.

DEPOSIT - $400 is required to secure your booking & final payment due 2 weeks before arrival.
BOND - $400 - will be returned within the first week of you vacating the house.
2 NIGHTS STAYS - AVAILABLE ON REQUEST - incurs a $50 cleaning surcharge.
