These terms and conditions apply, in addition to the Fairfax General Conditions of Use, to any person wishing to use www.stayz.com.au to search for online and book Holiday Rental Accommodation properties and related products and services in Australia.

Stayz Advertising Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to any person or business listing properties on www.stayz.com.au and its associated websites

Fairfax Advertising Terms
These terms apply to all advertising provided to any person by Fairfax Media Limited ABN 15 008 663 161 or a subsidiary ('Fairfax'). 

Holiday Rental Code of Conduct
The Holiday Rental Code of Conduct is a requirement of listing on Stayz as it provides a self-regulatory approach in the management of holiday rental properties and a set of industry practices to satisfy the needs of local communities, property owners, tourism operators and guests.
