Agent Terms and Conditions
Please be advised that if you wish to pay by credit card, you must be the card holder when making the booking.
Please bring one form of photo ID, i.e driver's license, passport AND your credit card (if you have paid the balance by credit card) with you when checking in.
Booking Rules:
If your booking is made within 14 days prior to arrival, the full balance must be paid by credit card. If you do not have a credit card please contact Sydneylinks to arrange another alternative for payment.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of this booking at anytime is subject to loss of your booking deposit.
Note: Booking deposit is 25% of total accommodation.
Cancellation within 30 days of your intended arrival is subject to 100% cancellation fee of the full payment.
Cancellation more than 30 days of your intended arrival is subject to 50% cancellation fee of the full balance payment. During your stay, there is no refund or cancellation for the booked period.

Gas& Electricity charges: Inclusive
Security BOND on arrival by credit card imprint An amount of $800 or more applies depending on
property size.
Fortnightly Cleaning & Departure Cleaning: Additional charge may apply
Car Park Space: If the property has a car space and additional
charge may apply.
Other charges payable by the tenant: None
KEYS & ACCESS CARDS: 2 sets of keys.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE: please come to our office at Shop 1, 115 Macleay St, Potts Point to collect your keys.
After business hours, keys can be collected inside our safety deposit box. If you wish to meet Property Consultant at the property, additional of $40 apply and only during business hours.
And the Tenant agrees with the Landlord:
1. To maintain and leave the premises in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. In the case of non-compliance, the bond or a cleaning fee may be charged
2. The inventory and condition reports are at the premise and are updated regularly. The Tenant is responsible to notify within 48 hours any differences to the report. Thus any damages that are not recorded in these reports are the tenant’s responsibility to replace with articles of equal value or equivalent of the same, any articles of furniture, effects or fittings that may become damaged or lost during the period of this tenancy, or to pay the Owner the cost of repair or replacement.
3. To pay the rent prescribed herein in advance.
4. That the said premises or any part thereof shall not be used for any purposes other than holiday accommodation and that no more than 2 adults for 1 bedroom and 4 adults for 2 bedroom unless advised prior are to be accommodated. Occupancy of more than the stated number of persons will render the Tenant liable to immediate cancellation of the booking.
5. Not to assign or sub-let the whole or any part of the subject premises.
6. All damages, breakages and losses to the holiday premises and/or furniture, furnishing and lock and key replacements are to be reported to the landlord and/or agent immediately.
7. Not to remove any of the furniture or effects from the premises.
8. That no pets are permitted on or in the vicinity of the holiday premises. If pets are found the tenant will be liable for the cost of cleaning or fumigating the premises and the tenancy shall be terminated
9. That fish or any other seafood are not to be cleaned on the premises
10. That no responsibility is taken for tenant’s personal property left on the premises and such property may be disposed of immediately by the Landlord or Agent
11. That the Tenant or any persons using the premises shall not conduct themselves in a manner which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers and shall comply with the requirements of all statutory laws, regulations and By-laws applicable in respect of the premises.
12. That in the event of the property being offered for sale, to allow the Landlord or Agent to inspect the property with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours of appointment.
13. That in the event of the premises being sold, to this agreement being cancelled and all deposit monies being refunded in full. A minimum of one month’s notice shall be given.
14. That at the time of the booking, the Landlord or Agent will describe the premises and position to the best if their ability and in good faith and as accurately as possible and that no responsibility or refund for alleged misdescription can be accepted.
15. To allow the Landlord or his Agent to enter and view the state of repair and the Tenant will be responsible for any damage caused to the premises.
16. On departure to ensure all electrical appliances, lights and air conditioning are off.
17. General Law: Standard Terms and Conditions of Furnished Residential Accommodation are governed by the law in New South Wales.
18. If you left your keys inside the apartment and require our assistance, our fee is $40 within our office hours and $110 after office hours and public holiday.
19. No smoking is permitted within any Property or else deodorising and carpet stream cleaning charge will apply.
20. Other Special Conditions NO PRIVATE PARTY or PRIVAT FUNCTION IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
Privacy Policy
The personal information that the Tenant provides is necessary for the Landlord or Agent to verify the Tenant’s identify, to [process and evaluate the application and to manage the holiday letting and premises. Personal information collected may be disclosed to other parties including the Landlord, referees, other agents and third parties operators of tenancy databases. Information already held on tenancy databases may also be disclosed to the Landlord or Agent. If the tenant fails to comply with their obligations under this Agreement, that fact and any other relevant personal information collected about the tenant during the course of holiday letting may also be disclosed to the Landlord, third party operators of tenancy databases and or other agents at the address and contact numbers contained herein. The tenant can also correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. If the information is not provided, the agent may not be able to process the application and manage the tenancy. Should the tenant breach the terms and conditions above then the landlord or Agent may re-enter the subject premises, Breach of any of these terms and conditions shall also permit the Landlord or Agent to refuse to hand over the keys and or immediately terminate holiday letting.
I, the tenant, do hereby certify that I have read the term and conditions. I require the permises for the purpose of a holiday only.
