A beautiful family retreat. Gourmet kitchen, Central Air, beautiful hardwood floors and cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances!!

Sitting on 6 acres, this wooded and secluded setting on the Betsie River in Northern Michigan is the perfect home base for skiing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, biking, snowmobiling, hiking and relaxation! The Lake Michigan salmon run and migration starts in early August and continues through November.

Walk down the foot path to the rivers edge or sit in the swing while enjoying the beautiful view from the bluff overlooking the river. 1200' of private frontage. 30 miles to Traverse City, 20 miles to Frankfort/Lake Michigan, 10 miles to Beulah/Crystal Lake, 4 miles to Crystal Mountain, 1/4 mile to the groomed snowmobile trails, ORV trails and state land. Sleeping Bear dunes 35 minutes away!!

Take pleasure in the numerous activities of the surrounding area or just relax and listen to the river.

Wildlife is abundant and the spring/fall fishing is GREAT! We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of pristine state land.

Family MLK ski weekend

We had 8 adults and two children. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Everything was as pictured. Kitchen was well equipped with everything. We had lots of snow over night and were pleasently surprised to get up and not be snowed in. Driveway was plowed and roads leading to cabin had been plowed as well. We worried about that because it is off the beaten path a bit but roads were fine. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful weekend and plan to return next year. Only thing complaint we could possibly have is with second bathroom in master bedroom that means everyone else shared one bathroom at night. But we made it work and loved the cabin. Thank you Robert for a pleasant stay.

Fantastic Property!!

We rented this house for a girls get together and it was absolutely perfect. Close enough to towns and landmarks, but still private and your own little oasis. Plenty of beds for everyone and lots of space for yard games, and anything you could want to do! Great property and had everything you would need for a great stay. Will definitely come back!

Family fun

Our family vacation was perfect this year. We have been looking for a forever home and have finally found it. House is beautiful and well taken care of. Property was large enough for the kids to have fun. We will definitely be back

Amazing house in the woods

We loved this place! Super clean, nice furnishings, comfy beds and pillows, great kitchen, great outdoor spaces. We really enjoyed the evenings, playing games, watching movies and grilling steaks on the new grill! We went to Crystal mountain one morning and went to Sleeping Bear Dunes another day and watched the sunset! Would definitely stay again! If you have kids, all the beds downstairs are so cool! Great communication with the host too!

Having family and vacationing in the area prompted our decision to invest into the area. We truly find the mix of rural quiet with close amenities to be right for our family and friends. We love it here!
