Homestake Condos are one of Vail's best values! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 12-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). Studio plus loft condos allow extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

This studio suite features 550 square feet of living space; one queen and one twin bed; full kitchen; nice mountain views. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

5 star location, 2 star interior

Great location but the condo was dirty and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Very musty smelling when we walked in. Dust everywhere, dirty carpets with pet hair on them, scratchy sheets, old towels. Floors were falling apart and there was a huge hole in the floor that was just covered up by a plank. Had to go buy different bedding, rugs, and towels which we left there so hopefully that makes it better for the next guest staying there. Also, no pull out sofa.
