This is a secluded, end unit, beautiful 2 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath, 1750 square foot, newer (built in 2009) townhouse. With cathedral ceilings, river rock fireplace and often new furnishings this townhouse has all the luxuries of home and then some. For additional guests you can rent the other end of this complex a nice 3 bedroom listing #221444.

The magnificent views of the 5th fairway and mountain range can be seen out of the kitchen, living room, master and loft areas of this gorgeous home.

The master suite has it's own private deck that looks out to the 5th fairway and the mountain range beyond. The master bath has a floor to ceiling tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are his and hers vessel sinks with granite counter tops and a walk in closet. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed with an additional convertible sofa (converts to a double) in the sitting area. Also upstairs is a full bath with double vessel sinks, granite counter top and tiled shower/tub combo.

The loft area also has a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain range beyond. The loft area has a new sofa sleeper, flat screen tv, desk and chair.

The great room is just that. With huge windows to watch the wildlife that is abundant on the 18 hole golf course in every season, or watch the golfers, or just watch the mountains grow, this is the place to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit, dine, and cook in this wide open space.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and hickory cabinets. You will have all the necessities for cooking and dining for 8. The dining area has a granite top table that seats 6 comfortably with or without the leaf provided. There are 6 chairs and 6 extra bar stools for the breakfast bar so everyone can eat together.

The huge deck which overlooks the golf course has a gas bbq grill and seating for 6 with use of the park bench and Adirondack chairs. There is a private entrance to the deck from the master bedroom.

This end unit townhouse has all the privacy of a cabin in the woods, with all the Amenities of being close to town. There is a walking path that will take you to:

Great restaurants - Hangar Restaurant, seasonal, at the golf course is just down the path.

ELK EVERYDAY!

Loved staying here. Michele was always available if we had a question, communication was great. This is by far the best place to stay if you want to see herds of Elk everyday and hear them at night! That's why we come up here during the rut, but sometimes we don't see any. This condo is located right on the Golf Course where the Elk hang out. This condo has everything you need, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, extra everything we needed. We grilled out on the deck and watched the Elk. It's a beautiful quiet neighborhood. This condo is furnished beautifully. 2 car garage to park in. We had a truck, so we were able to park it in front of the garage, but my SUV fit inside perfectly. The jacuzzi tub in the master is heavenly. It is not huge, so we used it every night since it didn't take much water to fill and enjoy. The Location is close to shopping and RMNP entrance. We hiked during the day, but couldn't wait to get home to see our Elk again! The condo is walking distance from the Golf Course restaurant "Smokin' Dave's BBQ and Brews", super convenient! 5 minute drive to Cousin Pat's restaurant and bar, which is a great place off the beaten path, highly recommend! Overall I can't think of a nicer place to stay in Estes Park. This was my 2nd time, and we'll be back!

Rest and Relaxation

This property was perfect for a week of rest and relaxation. We played golf 3 times, grilled on the deck twice and utilized the domino set every night while watching the sunset and elk on the golf course. Loved the easy access to downtown and RMNP. Would definitely stay here again!

ESTES PARK ELK ELK ELK

Folks if you want a beautiful lodge type of condo where the Elk hang out, this is the perfect spot. Have been coming up to Estes Park for 29 years and I finally have figured out: they hang out at the Golf Course! This condo is the best kept secret tucked back in the Pine trees right ON THE GOLF COURSE, elk sightings daily. As you can see by the listing it is updated and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to make meals at home, but the condo is close to downtown and great eating places. Great night's sleeping on the comfy mattresses, plenty of extra pillows and blankets for chilly nights. I loved the jacuzzi tub in the master and used it every evening. The two car garage is a definite plus, but our truck wouldn't fit. Thankfully there was room for the truck in front of the garage. I'll bring a smaller vehicle next time! Michele was a fantastic host. We've already got September booked. We look forward to coming back Michele!

We had a beautiful stay at this property. Was such a wonderful experience especially with the snow the views and Aroma was just magical! The pictures don’t do justice. Very nice & clean.
