Parking at the beach can be a hassle, but at Bay John, parking is a breeze with a restriction of 1-2 cars per reservation. No need to worry about bringing your boat, trailer, motor home, jet ski, or golf cart as they are not permitted in the designated parking area. Make sure to prepay for the required parking passes prior to arrival and display them on your vehicle at all times.

On the day of your arrival, you'll receive the entry codes via text for easy and convenient access. This unit is strictly non-smoking, so please refrain from smoking inside and outside, including on the porch and balcony.

Please note that all check-ins must occur on the first of the month and check-outs on the last day of the month. This rental is only available for monthly stays, and the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Only 2 cars are allowed per reservation and parking passes must be displayed on the dashboard.
