This sunset view PENTHOUSE #1302 is located on the top floor with an incredible view of the ocean and Grace Bay beach with miles of white sand and turquoise water . It is the most incredible suite location at this resort and in the building closest to the ocean. We are located on the best snorkeling reef on the island and Somewhere Cafe and lounge is onsite for your enjoyment. When you stay at this condo you get welcome rum punch, daily maid service, 2 x 20 min de-stress massages (7 night minimum stay) and onsite management office to assist you with excursions, restaurant reservations, car rentals and diving trips.

Imagine a vacation in a luxurious beachfront Penthouse which has a wraparound terrace with panoramic views of Grace Bay - 12 miles of powder soft white sand and brilliant azure blue waters. This spacious (2128sq. ft. incl. balcony) beautifully appointed suite offers 32ft. of sliding glass walls that open up the unit to the expansive terrace and unobstructed views of Grace Bay. There are beautifully crafted wooden vaulted cathedral ceilings throughout this exclusive suite, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, along with upscale furnishings. The master bedroom has king size bed, walk in closet with safe, TV, and sliding glass door to the balcony. The master bedroom includes a large soaker tub, double vanity and separate shower. The second bedroom includes full bathroom with shower, King size bed, covered garden view balcony, TV and a large closet.

Perfect getaway

Fantastic view! Long relaxing mornings on the balcony set the tone every day. Jerome took great care of us each day at the beach. The location is great! Steps away from Somewhere Cafe for a casual meal, and a short drive to restaurants for upscale amazing dinners. The staff at Coral Gardens are very friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return next spring!!

Needs Maintenance/Updating

While the location and views can't be beat, this condo needs some updating. The wine fridge seemed be be non-working for a long time based on the condition. The dishwasher also didn't clean dishes well, they basically needed to be fully washed before running. Kitchen supplies were OK for our family of three, but we had to do dishes (with the terrible dishwasher) daily. The ceiling fans sounded like they were about to fall apart, and the AC was like a jet taking off. At one point the slider simply wouldn't close, but that got fixed the next day. Housekeeping was great! The entire on-property staff is amazing and welcoming. If the unit gets some much needed upkeep we will rent again.

We provide daily maid service, welcome rum punch, beach towels, loungers, umbrellas and you get 2 x 20 min de-stress massages when you stay 7 nights. We have an onsite office and provide guests services office which offers car rental, restaurant reservations and excursion assistance. Verne or Prince will be there to help.

location, location, location!! View of ocean, snorkeling reef in front of the condo, you can walk for miles in either direction, ...swimming, snorkeling, diving, walking, relaxing! Somewhere Cafe and Lounge is located onsite.

What makes this property unique

Penthouse is the top floor ocean front grand suite with vaulted ceilings and directly on Grace Bay Beach. Coral Gardens resort has the best ocean views from expansive balconies with glass sliders that open front to back. You won't find these views anywhere. As well we have the largest snorkeling reef on the island directly in front of the property. Guests love this boutique resort, the warm staff and the fact that the best snorkeling is steps from our door. Somewhere Cafe and lounge is onsite and you can enjoy drinks and meals with an incredible beach and ocean view. Doesn't get any better than this.
