Tropical Paradise - 200' from Beach! Partial ocean views with large double lot

You won’t go wrong staying in this lovely home with partial ocean views. It is right in the center of everything yet very peaceful and private. Just 200 feet from the large beach even at high tide. You can play all day in the sun and come home and relax on your own screened porch. After that you can take a dip in the pool at the Beach Club which is just 2 blocks from the house (if access to the Fripp Island Resort amenities is purchased). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 on main level and a loft upstairs.

Partial views of the ocean along with a tropical paradise of 45 trees. A tranquil environment includes a large double lot. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Island Beach Club Pools, Dining and Tennis Courts. A walking / bike path is across the street.

This house has many features. The large outside deck overlooks the lot with many trees and views of the ocean. The screened in porch with a ceiling fan is great for conversations, dining, games or relaxing. Outside shower with hot / cold water is convenient when coming back from the beach. On the main floor is the large living room with new sofa and chairs, 65 inch ROKU HDTV and Bluetooth Stereo that is great for relaxing or entertaining. The remodeled (Dec 2023) kitchen has a large dining area with nice views of the ocean. The master bedroom is large with a king bed, walk-in closet, 43 inch smart HDTV on wall and private bathroom with walk in shower. The next bedroom has a king bed with a 26 inch HDTV. The third main floor bedroom has 2 twins with a 43 inch smart HDTV on the wall. A full bathroom is in the hallway. Upstairs is a loft with 2 queens, 1 twin, loveseat, walk-in closet, 55 inch HDTV and full bathroom with new cabinets & countertops.

Our house has a no smoking, no pet permitted policy. There is plenty to do on Fripp Island. The house has broadband and wifi. It is all here for you! Come and join us... You may never want to leave!

IF YOU WANT TO USE ANY OF THE WONDERFUL FRIPP ISLAND RESORT AMENITEIS (pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, Camp Fripp, etc.) A FRIPP ISALND RESORT FEE MUST BE PAID. The Fripp Island Resort Fee is $50 per guest (weekly amenity card) for 13 years and older plus 12.8% of the base rental amount. The Fripp Island Resort Fee is collected separately 30 days prior to arriving by owner via PayPal.

Rentals stays June 1 - August 15 are weekly Saturday to Saturday. Other dates require a 3 day minimum.

Nice house for the price!
Location was great. Kitchen very well stocked. First night went to go to bed and there was no bottom sheet on our bed so we had to make do with a flat sheet as there were no extra king-size sheets. The two lamps in the first bedroom have no knobs and can’t be turned on. A lot of the lamps had burned out bulbs. The upstairs loft bathroom was not properly cleaned as there appeared to be dried urine on the toilet seat. Don’t want to sound like a complainer, but as a property manager, I would want to know these things. Overall, we had a great week and the house was good. Great deck and screen porch!

Fun Family Time
We just returned from a week at Fripp and had a great time. The island was hopping, the week after the July 4th holiday, with lots of people yet the wide beaches still allow you to spread out easily. The location of this house was fantastic. Located right at beach access #19, it was so easy to come and go from the beach to the house. The house itself might be considered a beach 'cottage'. It was dated but very, very clean. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one large bedroom upstairs with its own full bath. The upstairs room fit all our teenage/young adult family easily although it never got quite cool enough from the July heat. The main floor never had a problem keeping cool. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage and drink refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen was dated as well, but we had everything we needed to cook with. The owner mentioned that the house will get all new kitchen cabinets this fall. That might help with space, we did not have much space to store the food we brought, but we made it work. All in all, it suited our needs for family time and the location to the beach was really great.

Summer two week stay
The porch and deck are private, shady, and relaxing surrounded by palms and water oaks with the ocean in view one row off. The kitchen has everything needed and we cooked in every night. Enjoyed lots of shrimp boils eaten on the screened porch. Beach access super easy and close.
