Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks in this beach-themed, fully equipped unit! Lots of personal touches and amenities to make you feel right at home.

Located at MP 9.5 on a quiet street near restaurants and shopping in Kill Devil Hills.

Features include:

A partially enclosed/private 6 person hot tub, cathedral ceiling, large modern kitchen with Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker. There are 4 Flat Screen TV's (one in each bedroom and 1 in living room, 2 are smart TV's), 1 VCR's, 3 DVD's, Super Nintendo, PS2, air conditioning/heat, washer and dryer, wireless internet. There is also a sun deck with partial ocean view, comfortable deck furnishings with a picnic table, charcoal grill, an enclosed outside shower, portacrib, highchair, and two baby gates. Short walk to beach. Only 1 block from direct beach access!

Cute little property

We came to OBX for a girls trip and we all were in family with the area. This house was located in the middle of everything. Short trips to food, shopping and things to do. Highly recommend sunsets on the big dunes!

Great place and very short walk to beach

The house was great and had a nice yard for our dog to use the bathroom. Hot tub was nice on cold nights. And such a short walk to the beach. We will hopefully be able to stay here again soon.

First time at 1500 Memorial Blvd

Very comfortable arrangement of rooms and furniture, A quiet location and short walk to beach access. We have stayed at other locations and found this location to nicely cared for with recent improvements. We would stay here again with no reservations.
