About this property

We believe that Park City is a magical place and we want you to experience as much magic as you can handle. Our beautiful ultra-clean house is situated on the 'Gold Coast' of Park City in the most incredible location. Park City Mountain Resort is the backyard and the center of Main Street is only (2) two staircases away. You will not need to drive anywhere once you get to the house. Each bedroom features super comfy mattresses and sheets for your slumber pleasure, in addition to a SMART TV adorning each bedroom wall with High-Speed Gigabit Internet throughout. We have a new HVAC furnace and air conditioning system to keep the temperature just how you want it. In addition, we installed an 11.5 GPM tankless water heater, and we have a whole-house water softener/conditioning system. Park City has very hard water so this addition allows you to lap in luxury. The full kitchen with all new appliances allows the chef in the group to concoct that perfect meal to be served on the gorgeous dining table. Past guests love the backyard 4-person jacuzzi, the views from each deck , the Game Room downstairs and compliment the cleanliness and our commitment to customer service. We want you to enjoy Park City as much as we do:)

We are extremely little one friendly - new crib, pak-n-play, high chair, infant toys, changing table are all stored in the master bedroom walk-in closet and the downstairs bedroom closet for easy access.

MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features 15' vaulted ceiling, a new King Bed with dual side tables and lamps. It also features a balcony with a 270 degree view of Park City and a TV and integrated stereo system with sound in all top floor rooms. Hang your clothes in a fabulous walk-in closet and watch TV on a 32' LCD TV/DVD with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels.

The Master Bath features custom tile work throughout with two vanities and a separate stand-up shower. Relax in the whirlpool tub after a day of outdoor adventure with a bubble bath.......ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

GUEST BEDROOMS

UPPER WEST WING (UWW)
Features a Queen Size bed, generous closet space and view of downtown Park City and a 42' LED Smart TV with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels. A Full Bath is directly adjacent to the UWW.

UPPER EAST WING (UEW)
One King Bed and two twin bunk beds fill the room with ample closet space. A 42' LED TV hangs on the wall opposite the bed with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels. A 1/4 Bath is directly adjacent to the UEW with a Full Bath connected to the 1/4 Bath.

LOWER WEST WING (LWW)
Features first floor accessibility with (1) one Full bed and brand new comfy mattress. A new Twin bed adds another bed for sleeping. A 42' LED adorns the wall with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels. A Full Bathroom is adjacent to the LWW.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen that has facilitated Thanksgiving parties of up to (10) ten people features a refrigerator with ice machine and filtered water, ultra-quiet dishwasher, double oven range stove, and built in microwave. The kitchen also features a quasi-island extension, VitaMix blender, Brevelle juicer, toaster and coffee maker, garbage disposal. The solid wood dining table is the cornerstone of the dining area and can comfortably seat 8. Two other eating spaces are located on the counter extrusion island.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Features an 'Interactive Space' that features a beautiful rock fireplace, a 47' LED TV a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels, DVD/blu-Ray, Bluetooth surround sound stereo system, board games and comfortable sofas and chairs. In addition, a Pandora video game system and a Wii system with over 100 games including a balance board for snowboarding and skateboarding games complete the entertainment package.

GAME ROOM
The carpeted fun room that houses a Pool Table with a Ping-Pong attachment. Shoot some stick on the pool table and then put the ping pong top on and keep the family rivalry alive.

Ideal location and excellent for families!

We loved our stay here and would absolutely consider booking again if we return to Park City. The location is hard to beat. It is literally steps from Old Town for shopping and eating. You can easily walk your skis up to Quit'n Time and ski down to the Town lift. Since we were traveling with younger children (6 and 4), we also drove to ski school at Park City Mountain. It was an easy drive. Buses run to the mountain too, but we didn't utilize them. Pros: - Location, location, location. So convenient to everything and the views from the house were lovely. - Erik was a very responsive host. He even checked in via text during our stay to see how we were doing. - The kitchen is stocked with spices, coffee, tea, and all the gadgets you need to cook at home. The bathrooms had body wash. There was laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There were so many extra towels which was useful because we had 7 in our party. - The hot tub! It was clean and easy to use. - Good laundry set up. - Easy check in and check out process. Cons: - Honestly, there were not really any cons. The property is older but is true to the photos and was clean. The family room area was a bit smaller in real life but we all fit comfortably for movies and relaxation. (For reference, our group had 4 adults and three kids ages 6, 4, and 4). The dining table accommodated 11 one night for dinner! From our experience, this is an excellent spot for a family with young kids. We loved our time here.

The house was perfect for our two families of 4 (we had 2 teen girls and 2 ten year old boys). Best parts were comfy memory foam beds, super clean house/carpet, kitchen/house stocked with pantry/shampoo items, and location was truly ski in/out (ski out 10 houses down, ski in 5 houses down). Town is an easy 5 minute walk where there are tons of restaurants and shopping. Erik texted before, during, and after our stay. We lost a bag on the was so I texted that night at 6pm and he gave me a store recommendation that was open until 9pm to replace our ski gear. I also let him know ping pong paddles were worn and he had some shipped to us the next day. We used his property manager for grocery delivery (cost + .35% markup) so there was food upon our late arrival. Hands down the best owner I've ever worked with. 100% I recommend to stay here and we would book again.

If you visit us in the winter and score the "Greatest Snow on Earth" you will be hooked with us and want to stay forever. In summer, the Hiking Golf, Fishing and Mountain Biking are stellar as well...its just an incredible, magical place!

We have hosted over 450 groups of guests over the last 10 years. We pride our experience as one you will love. Our home is situated in the BEST location in Park City. PCMR is the backyard has it all for the outdoor enthusiast. With World Class Snowboarding and Skiing literally steps from our house we enjoy a very special snow day experience on Woodside. In Summer there are over 10 golf courses in a 30-mile radius of the house and a multitude of lakes and rivers to recreate and fish in. Downhill mountain biking is also extremely popular in the area due to the access to chairlifts at the three local resorts. World Famous Main Street is only two staircases away with over 50 restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs await your discovery.
