About this property

This is a wonderful corner unit nestled into the mountain side. The spacious location opens up the family room to lots of light with beautiful panoramic views of the Divide. Only a 6 minute walk to the slopes or a free and easy bus ride- you couldn't ask for more convenience in a location. Each year, the unit is inspected pre and mid-season to ensure proper function of all the amenities. New carpet and flooring recently installed. Newly redecorated to add a few modern touches without completely removing the comfortable mountain feel. The condominium is fully stocked to make any visitor feel at home. I personally make sure the unit has lots of added supplies, special touches and features to add ease and relaxation to your vacation. Cuddle up by the wood-burning fireplace or nestle into a soft corner of the full sofas to read a book. After spending the days out on the slopes or hitting the trails, you can soak your muscles in the hot tub, enjoy the sauna or take a dip in the full-sized, heated pool at the clubhouse. Equipped with a full sized modern fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sofas, and large dining table- this unit has everything you need whether you are a large or small group looking to get away. It is so comfortable yet spacious. It even has a designated parking spot to bring the family car. You'll never want to leave Snowmass- especially once you've tucked into this lovely home. Perfectly Placed Cozy Condo

First of all - Missy is a fabulous host with great recommendations and timely communication. The condo is very well appointed with everything you might need to feel right at home. The location is also hard to beat with the slopes a short easy walk or shuttle ride away (the shuttle stop is right in front of the building). We will definitely stay again on our next ski trip to Snowmass.

Skiing in Snowmass

This rental was wonderful! Right on the bus line (so easy) and Missy's tips on food/entertainment options were great, too! Most of all, we wanted to be near Snowmass for skiing, come back to a comfy condo, and be able to relax in a hot tub. Check, check, and check. Loved it :)

Hi, my name is Missy Hooper. My husband and I have owned 5 properties in Snowmass since 2005. Snowmass is my home away from home and I'd love to help it become yours too. When I am not working, I love to ski, hike, bike, run, and generally do anything involving the outdoors. That is only part of why Snowmass has such a special place in my heart. There is so much to do here and wonderful people with whom to play, grow and learn.

Why they chose this property

Snowmass is ideal for families, friends and athletes. It is a town that still has the charm and brotherly kindness you don't find in larger cities. I came here 27 years ago and Snowmass laid it's spirit upon my heart. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the world! This unit is my favorite to relax and watch the snow fall out the windows, make a large family meal, entertain my friends, or warm by the wood-burning fireplace. The views out the windows in the family room are just breath-taking and it's only a short walk to the slopes, the new Clark's market or the Village Center. The bus literally picks up right outside your door and you don't need to wrestle to find a parking spot if you bring a car.

What makes this property unique

This unit has phenomenal views of the Divide and Eastern ridge. There is no better unit to watch the sun rise in or just relax as the snow falls off your porch. It is spacious enough to allow everyone to stretch out, but cozy and easy to feel at 'home.' This condo has excellent proximity to the free shuttle route and is only a 6-7 min walk to the Assay Hill lifts. Whether relaxation or ripping down the runs are in your plans- you can do it all from here!
