Our condo is independently owned and operated. Portofino allows a maximum of 6 guest per two bedroom unit. The person responsible for the rental of the condo must be at least 25 years old and present on the property. Proper identification will be required. A maximum of 6 wristbands for access to the property’s amenities will be issued to occupants of two bedroom condos.

CONDO INFORMATION
Our unit is a two bedroom unit located in Tower One on the Gulf side of the property. We have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico as you can see from our VRBO pictures.

The condo offers comfortable accommodations for 4 people with a King sized bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen sized bed in the Guest bedroom. Additionally, a sleeper sofa is available for two extra guests to use in the Living room. Each bedroom has an In-Suite bathroom with a half bath located just off the Kitchen.

Each bedroom has cable TV with a large Plasma TV located in the Living Room. Wi-Fi is available in the condo as well as throughout the Resort.

A full sized washer and dryer are located in the unit. Hair dryers, regular coffee maker, beach towels, beach chairs and a 7’ beach umbrella are located in the condo and are at your disposal. All linens and paper products are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, skillets and roaster for any type of cooking. Plates, silverware, cereal bowls, coffee cups and glasses are all fully stocked. Other useful items include: a blender, toaster, microwave, convection oven, glass topped four burner stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser in the door, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay. Please keep in mind your condo should be clean and stocked with towels, and paper goods upon your arrival. All contents should be in good condition. Please address me with all issues concerning the condition of the condo, its cleanliness, condition of contents or equipment (refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc.) All issues concerning access to Portofino, the grounds, use of any and all amenities (pools, gym, spa, tennis court, beach, food service, activities/festivities, arrival/departure of private parties/group guest of Portofino) are solely at the discretion of the management and staff of Portofino and in no way are affiliated with the rental of your condo and should be addressed to the staff of Portofino. Our unit is individually owned and managed. Upon Check In electronic processing fee, cleaning fee, check in fee, previous night’s rental fee (if applicable) and amenities fee are Non-Refundable.

RATE INFORMATION
CHECK IN is at 3:00 pm and CHECK OUT is at 10:00 am. If you wish to CANCEL please do so more than 30 days to CHECK IN. Any handling fees, e-processing fee, postage, tax, etc. will be deducted from the Booking Deposit and a refund issued. If Cancellation is 30 days or less to CHECK IN NO REFUND is issued.

The total for your stay includes standard daily amenities (beach, pool and gym access), Check In fee, cleaning and taxes. In addition I require a 150.00 Refundable Security Deposit.

Your Security Deposit will be refunded to you within 7 – 10 days of departure. Damage, breakage or loss of furniture, missing/stained linens or other items will be accessed and deducted from the Security Deposit. Charges include but are not limited: Washcloth – 10.00, towel – 15.00, Furniture – replacement cost, bed linens – replacement cost, Excessive Cleaning Charge – 50.00 per hour. A Turn – the time between one guest Check Out and another guest Check In is 5 hours – in that time frame the condo needs to be reset to the standard you found it in. If the Condo is left in a condition that cleaning exceeds 5 hours an Excessive Cleaning Fee will be charged.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note I field multiple inquiries for overlapping dates, therefore, Reservations are made on a first come first served basis. Reservations are confirmed by my acceptance of your BOOK IT NOW request or payment of your Booking Deposit if sent on a VRBO Inquiry. Rental Balance is due 30 days prior to Check In. If less than 30 days to Check In, full rental balance is due to confirm your Reservation. ALL QUOTES ARE FIRM.

On occasion guests have wanted to extend their stays, I can accommodate that as long as the days are open and payment is made at least 24 hours before CHECK OUT. Extensions can be paid through PayPal, Venmo or VRBO (plus Service Fee) and are charged at a daily rate, plus tax and daily amenity fee.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. This is a no pet, no smoking rental unit, located 15 minutes from downtown Pensacola, and 25 minutes from the local airport, with taxi service available. **Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded any funds that have been paid less a handling fee if applicable. Cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival date will forfeit all money paid.

Non-Refundable Fees include: Applicable taxes, Cleaning ($125.00), Check In ($85.00), Amenities ($20.00 per day) and Pay Pal/Credit Card Processing Fee (4% of total Rental Charge.)
