DETAILS:
All on one floor – No stairs to climb! This home is just a block away from Camp WaterColor Pool and Playground. As you step into 37 Red Cedar Way, you are immediately encompassed by a warm, comfortable atmosphere of leisurely living. The outdoor living space on the front porch entices guests to find a cozy seat and relax. As you walk through the front doors, you will find a large open living room, perfect for entertaining with its oversized dining table and seating for up to eight people plus two more at the bar, and the large flat screen TV. A spectacular open kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances is a great inspiration point for creating those savory meals. Each bedroom is uniquely designed with care and concern for your comfort. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with TV and large private bathroom with a deep soaking tub for those that need those private moments to relax. The queen bedroom hosts two queen beds in addition to its own private bathroom. There is plenty of space for kids in the third bedroom that includes one set of queen bunk beds and queen trundle bed with an additional bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa is also located in the living room.

This house was perfection for our family of 5! Close to Publix, Watercolor amenities, and Seaside, but still tucked away on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect! We also couldn't have asked for better service from the Sanders rental company. Hands down the best service we have received. Their communication was amazing. We loved everything about our stay and even rebooked for next year! Watercolor is our happy place and we can't wait to return and create more memories and 37 Red Cedar Way is the perfect house for us!

Perfect location if traveling with kids!

We just got home from a great family trip to Watercolor. The house is just a block from the kid’s area of the resort so location was perfect! House was clean! They let us check in early which was so nice. We will be back!
