Nice condo

The condo is great. It is very clean and comfortable. It is large with a walk in closet and a laundry room. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is very nice. The location is great, close to many restaurants and the freeways.

Wonderful Condo and Location!

Very well maintained, clean and nicely furnished second floor condo in a great location. Beautiful, quiet, nicely kept complex. Enjoyed the courtyard view from the balcony. Just a wonderful place to stay for our month in Phoenix. Very comfortable and felt like a ‘home away from home’ whenever we returned from a day of sightseeing. Just a couple of minutes to grocery stores, Target, and restaurants. John, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided nicely detailed information prior to our arrival relating to parking, entry codes, etc. Had a wonderful experience staying at this condo, and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo

Very good value for condo and all amenities. Located in a quiet complex but close to many stores for convenience. Well taken care of and clean. Would stay again in the future.

I'm very Active so the Life style in this Resort suits me, If you want to just grab some sun by the pool, golf, workout at the fitness centre or go see one of the professional sports teams, this condo & Phoenix has it all. I know that if you stay here you'll want to come back.
