1st Floor, Corner Unit - Awesome Location!

This first-floor, two bedroom, two bath Condo sleeps six comfortably. Queen beds in both bedrooms with a pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (with a view of the ocean), dining room, spacious living area, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The facility offers two gas grills, three swimming pools, jacuzzi, outdoor facilities and covered parking. No pets or motorcycles allowed.

A Straw Market (with sub, pizza, and ice cream shops, gift shops, convenience and package stores and a small pub), is conveniently located just in front of Shipwatch Pointe.

Shipwatch Point, located on quiet Shore Drive, is a family area with no through traffic. The beach is just a short two minute walk across the street. Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe, NASCAR Cafe and Barefoot Landing are all close by, with Arcadia Lakes Golf Course right around the corner. Ocean Annie's and Apache Pier are both within easy walking distance. Entertainment is abundant with Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and many more attractions.

Clean and great location

Perfect location where we wanted to be. Walking distance to most everything we wanted. Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would stay there again.

Cute condo near beach

Rented this condo last minute and it could not have went smoother. The condo itself was very nice, comfy and inviting nice sliding door looking at the ocean in the one bedroom. Very cool on the morning having coffee. Nice patio pool looked nice although it was too chilly to use looked like it would have been fun. Very clean condo nice area Thank you for the memories!

Nice stay!

Nice place. Not fancy but clean and more than enough space for our family of three. We enjoyed the balcony and pool. Right across the street from the beach.

Beautiful place

The place is absolutely beautiful. Great price and communication with the property manager. The beach is right across the street. Very close. The shop and bar and grill is also great and conveniently right in front of the condos. Parking was a little difficult to find at times but other than that it was perfect. I would highly recommend.
