About this property

5 bedroom, 5 bathroom mountain home located in the Town of Dillon in the heart of Ski Country...Summit County, Colorado's playground. No busy highways to cross to get to playgrounds, the amphitheater or the Marina! Large picturesque windows in the living room overlook Lake Dillon and feature a fantastic view of Keystone Ski Resort.

After a day of adventure, come home and grill dinner on the gas grill on the back deck while taking in the view. Or walk to one of the several restaurants in town (Scrappy's Pizza, Pug Ryans, The Vue). After dinner, enjoy a soak in the private outdoor hot tub, a game of pool or foosball, or relax and watch a movie in the comfort of the roomy living room complete with a gas fireplace.

Twelve (12) guests can sleep comfortably as detailed below: Bedroom 1 (Master, main level): 1 King with private Master bathroom. Bedroom 2 (upper level): 1 Queen, 1 Double includes a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 (upper level): 1 Queen with a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 (lower level/basement): 1 Twin over Queen bunkbed. Bedroom 5 (lower level/basement): 1 Queen. There is a bathroom in the basement with a tub/shower for the 2 bedrooms to share. There is an additional full bathroom available on the main level. **Pack n' Play & Booster/High Chair available.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with a crockpot, wok, multiple size pots and pans, casserole dishes, double oven, microwave oven, spices.

Wireless internet is provided FREE for those who must work or feel the need to keep in touch with what's going on in the rest of the world. Also provided is an attached HEATED GARAGE.

The Dillon Marina is a short walk down the road, right off the rec path. The Tiki Bar located at the marina, right on the water is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pug Ryan's Brewery is right down the street serving lunch, dinner and happy hour/apres ski! Scrappy's serves pizza and subs and is right next door to a ski/board rental shop and/or a bike rental. And The Vue Restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel has great views! Elevation Bowl is a fun activity off the snow. There is also Cameez frozen yogurt, crepes and coffee.

So much to do and it's all so close! Tennis & Pickleball courts, Dillon Town Park & Playground and Marina Park are walking distance, as well as, the Summit County Rec Path, which can take you to Keystone, Frisco, Copper and all the way to Breckenridge or even Vail. There are also 2 bus stops within walking distance for you to catch the FREE Summit Stage bus which goes all over Summit County.

Ski vacation

Overall great location and convenience to slopes and shops, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Use of crock pot was essential and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

The property was beautiful and big enough for us all! We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub in the evenings after the guys were done on the slopes. The location was easy to find and the property was accurately depicted. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets were some of the softest I have ever felt. If we bring another large group back to the area, I'd definitely check to see if this property was available again.

Terrific vacation house

Beautiful surroundings, even better than we expected from the photos in the listing. Amazingly equipped kitchen with every serving dish and preparation tool imaginable. This was the first visit to Colorado for some of our friends. We were glad we chose this house.

Nice House, great location

House was nice and great location. Would definitely rent again. There were a few minor things that need repaired. Over all great experience.

Originally from Virginia, we moved to Dillon, CO in 2005 because we both love to snowboard. We are graduates of Virginia Tech, Go Hokies! We love to hike and bike in the summer time and of course, snowboard in the winter. We hope you enjoy our home and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our home because we are able to walk to the lake & marina, restaurants, the post office, the rec path and two playgrounds. We are centrally located between all the ski resorts. The grocery store, the Silverthorne Recreation Center, the library, Target and the Silverthorne Outlets are very close by. We LOVE the views from our living room!

What makes this property unique

We both like to have fun, which is why we have a foosball table and a pool table! But we also like to relax in the hot tub and watch movies, especially after a long day of snowboarding.
