Kitchen is truly a dream supplied with every gadget for a gourmet meal for those wanting dine in overlooking ocean waves.

Park your car in the secure attached garage and never have to drive anywhere for restaurants, groceries and shopping. Just minutes from every major San Diego attraction, including downtown's Gas Lamp Quarter, Sea World, La Jolla and the Zoo.

Condo is beautifully decorated and newly refurbished with a fully-equipped spacious kitchen.

We wish for our guests to have no surprises so we always mention that our home is ideally located in the heart of the beach action that we absolutely love. Those who are young at heart love it too. The ocean and waves are always stress reducing. We love people watching, the restaurants, nightlife, and the beach atmosphere of Pacific Beach that is second to none. For some it can be too loud and noisy. There is a bar across the street from our condo. Sometimes it is noisy (sometimes a live band) and sometimes it is quiet. We turn a fan on at night in the master bedroom and sleep fine, as do 99% of our guests. Since everyone has different sleep habits, we want you to be aware of this. Please do not book if you believe this might be a concern.

When booking our home at the beach please reflect the correct number of guests who will be occupying, up to a total of 4. There is our lowest price for two guests, and an additional fee of $25 per night per guest.

This place is in a great location. Nearby restaurants and shops. Steps away from the beach. The only downside is the loud bar nearby, but the owner was very upfront about it and we just wore ear plugs at night!

Lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the unit is beautiful and well stocked. There is a great ocean view and it is right on the walking path on the ocean for nice long walks or visits to the beach or pier. There are lots of restaurants and things to do within easy walking distance right outside the door. Be aware that Pacfic Beach is a mecca for young people and can be noisy, and the building itself is quite old but very clean.

Excellent rental experience from start to finish!

What a lovely stay we had. The location is incredible. So much to see and do and just the warm homey vibe of the condo with the views was the best. What stood out the most was the personal touch of our host Gary. It was obvious he was genuinely invested in our overall experience. Stellar service and experience all around. We will be back!!
