This house suits quiet groups and large families with two queen bedrooms, two double bunks of 4 singles in the 3rd bedroom, and one bunk extra, concealed in dining area meaning 2 queens and 6 singles.
Garage has a table tennis set up as well as comfy seating and bar fridge. There is still room to park the car if needed.
This is a house in the suburbs, we have to keep the noise down if you are having a get together.

Do not smoke inside or burn anything the smoke alarms may go off. Smoke outside, ash trays outside on shelf at the end of back verandah right side on colourbond fence or on top of fridge.
Pantry is stocked with everything you need for basic breakfast tea and coffee. Use anything you want in fridge and pantry. Fridge is large enough for your own groceries and adequate 2 freezer baskets.
Kitchen is stocked with the usual items to cook with including electric stove top, oven, as well as microwave, toaster, jug, and rice cooker and a slow cooker. All tagged by an electrician. BBQ on verandah.
All bed linen, towels, doonas/blankets and pillows supplied.
Lots of off street parking.
We have floor boards throughout. The back verandah captures the sun on sunny days, half of this is in shade, and with high fencing is free from wind.
Winter is cold here but the house is warm, Old Canberra Inn has fire places. So does The George Harcourt Inn.

Summer, check out Botanical Gardens for their movie picnic or music evenings in Summer, need to book tickets online, or just take the free walks, you could spot a resident Kangaroo You will have to have your walking shoes on and maybe a rug to sit on, they have food and wine on these nights too. Civic is great for outside cafe's live music etc.

Google for what is on in Canberra and markets, Kingston market is great.
Nearby walk for dogs and bycicle tracks.....on the other side of Ginninderra Drive..just go under the bridge and you are in Umbagong district Park.
Across the road and under the bridge you have several walk or runs or bike rides you can take. Canberra is great for bike paths. Once you get going you can lose yourself in the sounds of the birds and trickling creek and forget you are in a city. Make sure you take note of the way so you can get back.
Labour Club close by at the Charnwood shops, behind the supermarket, not bad meals.
Other clubs nearby at Kippax are the Raiders club and Mapies, but not much music unfortunately.
Civic is full of night life. Raiders Club in Kippax has an area for children to play in. Charnwood shops has a Labour Club and takeaways etc, Belconnen Mall 10 minutes drive. Hellenic club in Woden has restaurants and a band Friday night sat night and sun morning.
Ride or walk around the lake in Belconnen. Close by Diddums Close, for kids parks, dogs and walks, it is off Belconnen Way.
Yatch club in Yarralumla run by the Southern Cross Clubs, it has a ferry to take you round the lake, bookings to ride on or stay and eat and look out to the water. Check out what's on in Canberra. Have a great stay.
