Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent apartment and location! Spent the weekend with family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Had a wonderful time. The apartment was bright, comfortable, secure; superb location for dining options and walking to burn off breaksfast or lunch. Thank you Milan!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Location We spent 3 fabulous nights here, fantastic location, close to many bars and restaurants, lovely walk around Lake Burley Griffin. Close to all major tourist attractions. Thank you Milan for making us feel welcome when we arrived.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from BAD PLACE TO STAY Very disappointing, we left three days early. Untidy-owners clothes in robe, kitchen not clean and cheap utensils freezer full of owners food,balcony and BBQ very dirty and untidy,Cheap stained towels, furniture only basic and limited- YUK!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent Location, but.... This property could really be "tops", but a few silly things downgrade it. We are 2 couples who like good quality in our accommodation, & this means with all the inclusions. Unfortunately, this lacked a number. For instance, the 3 seater lounge when there were 4 people ( we located a lounge in the back room which we carried out into the lounge so we could all sit comfortably to watch Tv), no dining table or chairs ( there were 2 x stools @ the kitchen bench, so we used these along with the lounge for meals). On th balcony was a table & chairs, but on 2 days it wasn't comfortable due to the wind & cool temperatures. The balcony also contained a number of very dead pot plants along with a stylish BBQ. However on opening the cover, it looked as if it had never been cleaned. A real disappointment. The fridge/ freezer contained frozen goods - don't know whether these were left over from previous guests or what. The bedrooms were fitted out with comfy beds, but no side tables or reading lights. Wardrobes were adequate, however no coat hangers in one, & only 2 in the other. One of them contained someone's clothing!! Then there was nowhere to put your ports - only the floor ( not so good for bad backs). The property was clean & tidy, however attention to spiders & cobwebs is urgently needed around windows & balcony furniture. We did enjoy our stay in CBR and this spot certainly has the potential, but until a number of things are addressed, it is certainly not worth the money being charged. A bit disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Location, location and spotlessly clean A fabulous apartment, great location and very comfy beds. Milan was quick with response to booking inquiry and other queries about the apartment. He was there waiting for our arrival and showed us around the apartment, down to the garage and gave us all security details for getting in and out of the very secure building. Having a designated parking space also huge plus. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and perfect for us with the 2 bed and 2 bath. We had breakfast each morning on the balcony and spent our nights on the comfortable lounge. As television programmes are currently rubbish access to Netflix would have just been icing on the apartment. Wifi signal however was excellent. All up ... fabulous stay. Thanks Milan. E, G, B Sydney
