This charming weatherboard cottage, set within a cottage garden is situated in an ideal location. The cottage itself feels very peaceful and would be the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The interior is beautifully presented with neutral colourings, high ceilings and exposed beams. A slow combustion log fire keeps the whole place warm in winter and is a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery and has a modern fridge and microwave. The dining room can comfortably seat four people with the option of an extension if you are entertaining guests.
The cottage has a loft bedroom with a queen sized bed and views of the Kanimbla Valley. The down stairs bedroom has a double bed and views over the front garden. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and quality linen has been supplied. Electric blankets have also been supplied for additional warmth and comfort.
The back deck offers a private sunny spot to enjoy a barbeque or try your luck with the little pizza oven. There is room to run around a bit. The back garden is home to lovely rhododendrons, camellias, spring bulbs and established trees.
The front covered verandah has a coffee table and overlooks the front garden and entrance. It is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the garden as it bursts in to colour in spring.

Blackheath is approximately two hours from Sydney. The elevation is 1,065 metres above sea level. Enjoy four distinct seasons where you can expect a nice snow fall in winter, beautiful spring gardens, a hot, dry summer and amazing autumn colours.
Panekiri Cottage is a short distance from the village (1.4km) where you can enjoy amazing restaurants, cafes and art galleries.
Blackheath is surrounded by the Blue Mountains National Park and is the highest village in the mountains. It offers many spectacular views over the Grose, Megalong and Kanimbla Valleys. There are plenty of beautiful bush walks and places to explore.
Enjoy a drive to the Megalong Valley where you can enjoy some tea and scones, or pop up to the Jenolan Caves and experience the ancient limestone caves.
It is a short drive to Medlow Bath where the newly renovated Hydro Majestic Hotel offers fine dining, high tea and amazing views while you eat.
If you fancy a bit of shopping then head to Leura Mall and experience the boutique shops, cafes, gardens and Victorian architecture.
Local tourist attractions in Katoomba include the Three Sisters, Scenic World and the Waradah Aboriginal Centre.
