we enjoyed the stay , when the roof is on the rear deck it will be wonderful as it rained for a lot of the time, great TV and close to the hat hill area for walks and the pulpit walk which is one the highlights of the mountains, great to have 3 rooms with accomadation for families. love the retro feel of the bathroom!
little touches made the difference plenty of toilet paper!

Perfect for large groups
Great location in the Blue Mountains, close to a lot of activities and bushwalk trails. The house was really nice, clean and was very comfortable for all 8 of us. Plenty of space for everyone. The fireplace was great to have since the weather was so cold. The only complaint would be that some of the kitchen cutlery/dishes/cups were quite dirty and had to be washed again which was a hassle. Apart from that, definitely would recommend.

Large house, big enough for two families. Great and quiet location. Fantastic log fire that makes the house warm and comfortable even in winter. Kitchen well equipped, superb dining table (chairs a bit awkward), fine sofas and comfortable beds with electric blankets. A few minor points of improvement for the owner: spare toilet paper was hard to find, area behind the toilet was a bit dirty, as well as some cob webs that could easily be removed, making the place look even better. TV is old and sometimes emits a high pitch sound. Finally,a larger rubbish bin would be a good idea. Overall very pleasant stay!

We stayed for the Easter long weekend. The house was perfect for 6 Guests and enough room for an infant. The linen was clean, the rooms were warm and the log fire was brilliant. Would defiantly come and stay again.

We had a great stay at Burramoko with a group of friends in town for a rockclimbing trip. The house was very comfortable and warm and it had everything we needed. Fully-equipped kitchen is an understatement; there was a huge range of kitchen utensils, appliances, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cookware, and basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, flour, etc). It's set up as a fully functioning house, right down to the books and board games. Only tip for the owners would be to supply more bins/a larger rubbish bin.
