Is a large double bedroom with an opulent Queen bed and eclectic mirrored wall. The room overlooks a beautiful Rose and Rhododendron garden. There is a large 3 seater sofa, which can be used as a single bed. The room has a TV and DVD with dvd's supplied.

and a single ottoman sofa bed. This room includes chandeliers and 2 lounge suites with views of the Valley to wake up to.
For extra guests there is a double sofa bed, in the dining room, fitted with 2 mattress toppers for extra comfort.
All beds are fitted with hotel quality white linen. We can also provide an extra fold up bed on request.

Sterling Manor is beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. All rooms have hydronic heating to keep you warm in winter. This 1950's double brick house is also very cool in summer and equipped with blinds and fans.
The dining room - or "View Room", with floor to ceiling windows, captures the most breathtaking views of the Valley, with a table that seats 8 people and located beside the kitchen. Perfect for a family get together with another table just outside in the Aries section that overlooks the most amazing, “point blank” views of the valley.
The kitchen with it’s awesome view, is self contained with dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top, oven and large fridge. Some staples can be found in the pantry, plus tea/ coffee and milk pods to start you off.
The view over the valley is far closer than the view from The Hydro Majestic and Lilianfels with 3 times the space..... you're in for a real treat
There is one main bathroom with bathtub, shower and heating.
Sterling Manor is the ground floor duplex with it's own separate entrance to the right side of the house, with a lockbox for self check in, on the wall beside your entrance door.
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor furniture and wander through the Garden of the Stars. You may meet other guests in the huge gardens on the property, so please say G'Day an aussie expression as you would in any Hotel or bed and breakfast.
This iconic property was closely held within the Sterling family for 49 years and was the former home of the renowned Australian Astrologer Richard Sterling who created these magnificent gardens out of a sloping hill which he terraced, and created the only Astrological signposted garden in Australia.
He opened his gardens to many charities over the years and would often entertain his guests on his grand piano. The property was purchased by the current owner Dalia in April 2017 and upgraded to it's former glory.
For those interested there is a green folder with magazine clippings of Richard's Astrology columns in the Women's Weekly dating back to the 1980's.
In Spring and summer these award winning gardens, featured on Burke's Backyard, come alive with daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, peach and cherry blossoms, magnolia, rhododendron and many colourful birds. A gardener's and photographer's dream
Sterling Manor is centrally located and 300 metres to Echo Point and the Three Sisters. Parking is on the street and you will find a free parking voucher on your bed. Extra guests should request a parking voucher if required as the street is metered.
