magnificentThis beautifully furnished and decorated home is listed with Australian National Trust. It is situated in a quiet street, close to town centre, mountain attractions and galleries. Centrally heated throughout there are 3 sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, separate formal and casual dining areas, separate library/workspace, outdoor and indoor living areas and a beautifully designed garden.

Eco friendly elements include natural latex beds and a water filtration system.

Home to Blue Mountains Music Academy in school terms from Monday to Thursday, the full house is available during public school holidays and on Friday and Saturday nights.

Bedroom 1: queen bed, ensuite with bath

Bedroom 2: queen bed in living area with room divider

Bedroom 3: a very comfortable pull out sofa bed double in studio with piano

Kitchen: has an AGA powered by gas and it remains on at all times. The home water is all filtered, even bathroom shower.

There is a separate library with large work desk and many many books, you are welcome to read.

Guests can access all areas of the house with the exception of two studios inside the house and two studios outside the house.

There is parking for your cars on the property with street access. The verandahs are an excellent place from which to appreciate the lovely garden.

Other things to note

Vegetarian kitchen, please cook meat/fish on the hotplate on the rear deck.

The property is available Friday-Saturday- Sunday nights during school term, and every night during the NSW Public School Holidays.


Blue Mountains attractions abound so just to get you started Sublime point, Gordon Falls, Leura Cascades, Everglades Gardens, Toy and Railway Museum are all close by. And of course the famous Three Sisters, Echo Point, Scenic Railway, Wentworth Falls and numerous bush walks are all just a short drive away.

After a busy day of activities why not enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea at a mountains café, meander through book and antique shops or treat yourself to a relaxing massage.

With four distinct seasons the Blue Mountains can tempt you all year round. Whether it be from the cool crisp winter days, to the abundant blooms of spring, warm summer days with the relief of cool evenings, to the magnificent autumn colours.
