Description
Megalong Manor is a heritage building regarded as a great example of Australian federation architecture. It was originally built as the Leura school of arts and library over a century ago. It has been an accommodation business for 37 years now. The Manor has two large self contained apartments the Lindsay Apartment and the Jamieson Apartment. Both Apartments have king size beds the Lindsay has a four poster, lounge dining areas, ensuite bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. The Manor has off and on street parking and is also only about 5 minutes walk from Leura station. In keeping with Leura's reputation as the garden village of the Blue Mountains, the Lindsay Apartment has lots of windows overlooking the garden while the Jamieson Apartment has a balcony and small garden of its own. We are literally a few minutes walk away from the village cafes, shops and restaurants.
